Syncreon tracker DOESN'T WORK!!!!

Bought a Dell laptop and was assigned to Syncreon portal.
Absolutely no updates on the tracking. Useless.
Don't reply back saying sorry. You need to look at all the reviews and they are all saying the same thing. The portal simply doesn't work.
No one to contact or ask for an update
Disgraceful and useless

No delivery tracking

I'm very disappointed with the delivery service from Syncron. I ordered a laptop on August 12th, with the delivery scheduled for today, August 22nd. However, I haven't received any updates from the local postal service, which makes me think the delivery won't happen today.

Additionally, the tracking link provided by Syncron is quite unhelpful, as it only shows the estimated arrival date and provides no further details. This lack of information has been frustrating, especially since I need the laptop for my upcoming studies.

If their driving is an reflection on the company

Two syncreon lorries passed me on the M4 today in the contraflow - over the speed limit, in the outside lane (not allowed) and blaring their horns. Later they both veered violently into the inside lane. If they behaviour on the road is any reflection on them as a company - avoid!

Where is my laptop??

Where is my laptop??? Waited in all day today for it and no updates. Cannot get hold of anyone at Dell and can't contact Syncreon either. This is not acceptable. If I had been aware of these reviews I never would have ordered from Dell. I expected way better from a major supplier and so disappointed. Now I have a message stating that 'your order is currently awaiting a confirmed delivery date - on hold'. So Dell take my money, I tick a box for next working day delivery (clearly no such thing) and I'm told to wait all day between 8am and 8pm and nothing.

What kind of delivery company doesn't…

What kind of delivery company doesn't have tracking?

I'm another person who's ordered from Dell and had their laptop just vanish. Syncreon's tracking says they haven't received the package yet, although it was shipped 5 days ago. I'm amazed the Dell use such a terrible logistics company when their side of the order process is so good.

Zero Tracking, tried calling CS but get cut off

Ordered a monitor from Dell which they claimed was shipped on the 24th July, even provided me with a handy tracking number.

Since then the Syncreon website just states "Parcel has not been processed by warehouse".

I'm a bit worried by parcel is now just left in the back of a van somewhere. Given the order is an expensive item, I'd of expected at least some tracking, given as where I live they'll need to hand it over at a port to another courier.

really bad service

syncreon tracking experience is inconsitent

My Dell Outlet order was shipped on July 22nd according to Dell. However, I was unable to track the package on the syncreon website as the page was initially blank. Today, the page finally loaded but displayed the message: "Your order has not yet been received by our warehouse. The current delivery ETA for this order is 26/07/2024."

I am writing this review on July 25th, and I am skeptical about whether it will be delivered tomorrow, given that syncreon is yet to receive it. Also not sure what the process is. Its also Dell's fault.

Also there is no contact/customer care number on syncreon website. just improving the tracking will do wonders.

Tracking awful

Tracking awful, had an email from Dell stating my alienware M18 r2 had been shipped early, given tracking details but syne says its not even at their warehouse, would like to know where it actually is or if its delayed at all so can arrange to be in on the stated delivery date

Very poor tracking data

Very poor tracking data. Package via dell has said it has been received by local courier for 2 days but nothing further. When checking DP World, no information is given as if it has not been received.

Bestelling van Dell zou via Syncroen/ dp world op 28 juni worden bezorgd. Na het traceren van mijn bestelling zie ik dat deze op lokale depot ligt. Maar waar is lokale depot? Waarom verandert de status niet?

Parcel Found - Not ours

We received a parcel from them but we had not ordered anything from the company.

We tried to get in touch but their customer service number kept cutting out after a few rings.
Finally got through to their accounts department to report the parcel and was advised I could try to contact DELL or Apple customer support to try and find out who the parcel belongs to.

Advised as they were the sender they can investigate themselves.
Will return to sender if no further contact from company

DP World got in touch to also advise us to contact Apple support.

Have once again advised that as their company is the sender of the parcel they can investigate and asked what they would like us to do with the parcel.

(from reading other reviews I'm not surprised that so many customers are missing parcels)

Still no contact regarding what they would like us to with the parcel

22-JUL Edit

Parcel now collected by DPD, all blame seems to be on Apple not correctly completing the recipient's address correctly

All contact came from company DPworld

Dell laptop disappeared into ether.

Edit to add: No contact has been recieved. Don't trust the "someone will be in touch" comments on everyone's reviews!

Second edit: They had sent me an email, but also assumed my email address was wrong and therefore also sent private data to a 3rd party in doing so. The email just contains the same information as Dell/Syncreon, that they basically don't have any idea where the package is in the system until it reaches DHL - which was my complaint in the first place.

Dell shipped laptop over a week ago, no information as to where it is. Website clearly states they don't have the package which is TERRIFIYING when spending this much on hardware. I would happily have paid for air freight had the information been present that this was on a slow boat or something!

In the modern world of logistics, it is absolutely valid for each parcel to have an "entry point scan" into their system, but for Dell and syncreon to claim that we should trust their system when their own website doesn't say they have the package is just not on.

Also, there is now no way my package is reaching me by the claimed due date if it hasn't entered the UK customs yet. But there is no way to contact anyone to actually talk to about this - because Dell just say wait, and there is no contact info for DP World / Syncreon.

Awful tracking information

I have ordered a new PC from dell who have stated that my package has been ‘shipped’ but when checking the syncreon tracking page their is NO information on their page at all. Very unhelpful.

Partial delivery and poor tracking data

I received package 2 of 2 today (5/6/24) but where is package 1? The tracking shows both have been delivered. Dell state an expected delivery date of 10/6/24.
UPDATE: Dell have now told me that the order has been delivered and payment taken. The whole order has apparently been delayed but no estimated delvery date has been provided. This is chaos and I am tearing my hair out!

Still no contact or even confirmation on 6/6/24 15:00

Awaiting Dell laptop delivery via…

Awaiting Dell laptop delivery via Syncreon: was informed via email from Dell that the laptop had shipped early on 31 May, with delivery due that day. It is now 1 June and no further word. The very basic DP World tracking site tells me nothing, except that the item is out for delivery and that it expects to deliver on 31 May i.e. yesterday! Dell tracking site says delivery "soon". It is very inconvenient to have to wait in for an extended period.

Your order is on-hold - at customs

Edit:
Syncreon/dpworld ( i'm not really sure who is in charge) responded pretty fast to my review and clarified shipment delay and expected delivery date. In my case, Dell was in the wrong for customs clearance.

I appreciate the answer from customer service and changed my rating accordingly.

My monitor is supposed to be shipped to me today (24.05.2024) BUT syncreon's tracking website says my product is stuck at cutoms and invite me to contact dell?? I contacted Dell 2days ago, they didn't answer my query and simply stated that my monitor will arrive today.

Meanwhile Syncreon still states that my order is on hold at customs the day it's supposed to arrive. Can't belive I just wasted one annual leave to be stuck in this limbo...

Dell laptop lack of information

My laptop from Dell had been stated as 'shipped' and after reading the FAQs it was stated it would take 4 days to update tracking which is already terrible. What's worse is its been 6 days now since I got the email. And still radio silence from Syncreon which makes me nervous about my items safety.

UPDATE
I received a very quick message and reply telling me about the current ETA for my delivery and extra information around the delivery process. I would hope that this information was more easily accessible for me and that there was tracking from China to their warehouse but customer service seems competent and friendly.

It's terrible

It's terrible. They didn't even try to deliver. There is no information, nothing.

Besides, I waited today for the second time, in front of the door. The driver didn't show up, and instead wrote "Customer Site closed".

Says delivery should have been 2nd May

Says delivery should have been 2nd May, it is now the 3rd. It actually says it hasn't even been shipped. Zero information. It also looks like it has my address wrong, despite me filling in everything correct on my purchase. Terrible UX.
