Pathetic tracking

Ordered a very expensive laptop for business uses. Dell emailed saying it has shipped about 4 days ago but the tracking on the DP World tracker doesn't even state they've recieved it.

I really need this laptop soon or I'll have to cancel the order and get one from a different company.

Can anyone help?

Absolute garbage

Made an order on the 18th which was supposed to be delivered on the 19th. The tracking says it’s in some depot somewhere with no additional information. I don’t know why Dell keeps using them

Dell shouldn’t use syncreon as they are rubbish

Wasted a day of holiday waiting for a dell computer to be delivered by syncreon. I received an email from syncreon saying it would be delivered today but have now been told there is delay and no update on the delivery date. What a joke of a company which makes Dell look bad

Rubbish tracking information

I have an ETA date of 13/12 for a Dell PC. The DP World tracking tells me that it's not even in their warehouse. I have no idea if I need to take a day of work to receive this item. The tracking date hasn't been updated for days.

I ordered a monitor from Dell on 1st…

I ordered a monitor from Dell on 1st December 24 and they sent me an email saying it will be delivered on 4th so I took a day off from work but no delivery came. I then took the next day off but no delivery. It is now 7th dec Saturday and I am waiting at home but no delivery. I made a complaint to customer service for Dell and advised them to use another courier company. This is wrong. I took 3 days holiday for nothing.

Same with the rest my delivery is due…

Same with the rest my delivery is due to arrive 2 days ago yet it still didn’t arrive yet, the dell tracking system has been stuck at “actual pick up” for the past 2 days and the syncreon one says order shipped. Please help!!

Order On-Hold!!!

"Your order is currently awaiting a confirmed delivery date - On-Hold".
Why on earth would I have to contact Dell about the order's delivery? I took a day off just to wait for the order to arrive as it was clearly stated on the tracking webpage that the laptop will due to arrive on Dec. 5th. And only to find out that my delivery will be delayed for no reason. What's more ridiculous about this situation is that, on Dell's website, the courier was the one to be blamed for the delay. Worst courier I have ever experienced.

Similar to other people,ordered my pc…

Similar to other people,ordered my pc last week, syncreons tracking still hasnt updated its website saying the shipment hasnt processed. Was only on dells website that it said that it arrived at pickup yesterday but with no update on delivery date.

I'm expecting a delivery tomorrow…

I'm expecting a delivery tomorrow (29/11/2024) of a PC that cost almost two grand. I'm quite anxious for its arrival, but the last update on Dell was on the 26th (stating 'actual pickup'), and the provided tracking information to Syncreon is telling me the package has not been processed by the warehouse.

Considering it's due tomorrow, and considering all the other reviews here, I can't help but be gravely concerned as to where my PC is and the complete lack of information does not help. I can only ask: Where the heck is my PC?

Update: Received an email from Syncreon claiming it's now due tomorrow (29/11/2024) between 8am and 6pm. Syncreon's website still says "Your order has not yet been processed by our warehouse." So still no clear details.

Same as other people - ordered a monitor 24/11, supposedly being delivered today. I've heard nothing and the tracking information says order not yet processed. Awful customer service.

Plus que déplorable…

Plus que déplorable… pas de communication, un statut qui ne bouge pas depuis des jours. Nous sommes le jour annoncé de la réception du colis, Dell n’a aucune information à me donner, syncreon n’a pas de ligne. Je suis restée à la maison pour réceptionner le paquet mais sans aucune idée si il viendra ou non. Dernière fois que je commande chez dell.

No delivery, no information

Monitor ordered from Dell, Dell systems say delivery on 13/11/24. Stayed in all day, no delivery. DP World (syncreon) Track my order says "Your order has not yet been processed by our warehouse.The current delivery ETA for this order is 13/11/2024. Today is 14/11/2024.
Neither Dell nor DP World provide any way to contact them. Any idea when to expect my purchase which I have paid for and been invoiced?

Let me know what's going on.

It kind of seems like writing a negative review is the best way to communicate.

The tracker is displaying no information, I'm not angry, can generally tell from the themes of the reviews on here that they are hot on replying to reviews and contacting with updates.

If anyone could reach out and just let me know what is going on with my order, as the tracker hasn't updated. It's not late, it's due 01/11/2024 it's currently 30/10/2024. But doing my due diligence I checked the tracker, checked the company reputation.

Of course, I will update my review if there is improved communication from this.

UPDATE - 01/11/2024 1:04pm:
After chasing Dell relentlessly, "DPWorld" or Syncreon have finally confirmed my delivery date as Monday 04/11/2024, between the specific time of 8am and 6pm. So at the last minute, thanks to DELL, and my own investigation, they have moved the delivery date past the weekend. No communication otherwise from DPWorld or Syncreon. The tracker on the other hand? Still claiming to not have processed my order. This is pretty disgusting and shoddy from my point of view, but of course, like with everything, this boils down to POOR COMMUNICATION.

I had ordered two dell laptops

I had ordered two dell laptops, one for my mother and myself. i’ve spent over £1000 just for my order to not arrive when it was supposed to?? i tried calling dell and they said that it should arrive by 6pm and this is way past that time i stayed up thinking it was going to turn up and syncreon has simply disappointed me, i need this laptop asap and i still have no received it???
THEN THEY COME TO ME WITH THIS BS REPLY WITHOUT ACTUALLY CONTACTING ME. Useless absolutely useless

No Info, No Updates, No Tracking

this is the second time we have experienced this - Ordered an Expensive item from Dell. said it was shipped from dell on the 25th September - now, 6 days later the tracking information still saying Your order has not yet been received by our warehouse
The current delivery ETA for this order is **/**/2024 - any update would be great - but absolutely nothing has been updated - i have reached out to Syncreon - only to get the email reply of : Thanks for your email.

I am on personal leave...travelling with limited access to emails. For anything urgent, you can reach out to me on my Mobile. (no footer, or any info of any kind, purely text(copied directly from the email - just excluded the name), and no mobile number was included)

Missing Dell laptop

I bought a Dell laptop and a mouse last week and I suppose to receive yesterday. I need this laptop as soon as possible. I bought on Dell because they assure that I would receive in a few days. In the system said that they delivered the parcel at my house on 26th of september but nothing reach at my house on that date.

Bought a laptop from Dell thinking it…

Bought a laptop from Dell thinking it would come from Dell Ireland. No idea where it’s coming from the Syncreon website is non-existent. No tracking info, cannot get in touch with anybody. I just want to be able to track my order and know when it will be delivered

No sign of laptop...

I ordered a laptop through my Dell representative and asked for next day delivery - they confirmed that they had spoken to the courier and agreed this would happen. My laptop should have been delivered last Friday, it's now Tuesday and no sign of my laptop, the tracking is useless as all it says is that my laptop is due to be delivered yesterday - not helpful at all. I don't know why Dell use them.

Useless delivery

Ordered A Server from dell a few weeks ago and like usual syncreon missed delivery date and just dumped a server (cost over £5000) outside my house no ringing nothing and now i have ordered a dell laptop at significant expense and yet again their tracking is useless. Why does Dell continue to use them
