The service agent was personable and waited to check if the noise returned, which all the previous agents left immediately and the noise returned! Hopefully this will not be the case due to the skill and experience of Jon Pritchard.

John was pleasant and polite, he assisted by the plumber made a great job in replacing all our Kitchen worktops and splashbacks, due to previous joints not being sealed correctly and delaminating.
John was efficient and tidied up post works, great job.

I’m in a housing association property. kitchen was replaced with symphony kitchen in November 25. By housing association. kitchen is not fit for purpose . I have had 3 panels and door replaced that situated by my hob and kettle. They swelled and bubbled and the laminate is coming away due to steam . I also have one by my sink on its way as there is a small bubble forming .Never had a problem with any other kitchens I have had in the properties I have lived in. I should not need to worry about cooking, putting kettle or washing up. Because it could damage the kitchen. One panel door needs to be replaced again it has only been a week, and needs doing again . Will not last 20 years if this keeps happening .it’s a shame its poor quality, it’s very true you get what you pay for , only problem with that it will cost the housing more money to replace the faulty parts. Symphony please do some sort of extra protection for units above counter tops. I would add a photo if I could.

Chris attended today and called ahead to let me know he would be 30 minutes late, which I really appreciated. He was absolutely fantastic — completed the job quickly and to a high standard. He was professional, courteous, and left everything clean and tidy afterwards. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. Excellent service from start to finish!

5yrs into a Redrow new build and one of the cupboard doors sustained steam damage from the kettle , not only did Terry from customer services respond quickly to my email , a brand new door was hand delivered by Symphony a few days later free of charge . I am blown away by their quality but more so by their customer services , I would absolutely buy my next kitchen or extra parts from them and would recommend them to all who read this .

Bought a new-build property in April last year, the kitchen worktop has been replaced today for the second time. The worktop and kitchen units are functional but not the best quality.
The 2 guys who came today, fitter Mick Sacre and a gas plumber, Steph, were very good and did an excellent job, very pleased with their work. Thanks lads.

We had our kitchen drawer and cupboard doors replaced this morning, and the whole process was incredibly quick and efficient. Chris was friendly, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. We’re very happy with the service and impressed with how smoothly everything was handled. Highly recommend!

Michael Sutton attended our new build to resolve an issue with our kitchen cupboard door catching above the oven.
Michael promptly resolved the issue, aligning the door and adding bumper pads to a panel beneath to improve the aesthetic of the door.

Michael came to replace a kitchen panel which looked Unsightly.
The work was carried out to an excellent standard.
My kitchen cupboard doors had become misaligned but we're not on the job sheet. He realigned them and talked me through what he was doing so I could sort them out in future.
A very friendly and skilled gentleman who went above and beyond.

I have to say that the customer care team from Symphony have been beyond fantastic. I had a Symphony kitchen installed in a Barrett new build. After 8 years and despite being out of Barrett’s guarantee Symphony replaced all of my kitchen doors where the edges were going off colour. Simply fantastic service thank you Joe Cotton you are a credit to Symphony
