Poor. Ordered a knife with my son's name and number on it. They sent the wrong colour without any name or number. Wrote an email and got no response. Wrote a message through their website and still got no response. Ignorant company.

Reliable quality
Ordered 2 knives, one engraved. Happy with the quality of the knives. The engraving looks good but the handle was left wavy on the top of the writing. Delivery was fast but there is no way to track your order.
Overall, I'm very happy with the products and services and would recommend.

Simple and Effective
I ordered a Deluxe Tinker with a customised message etched on the knife.
The customisation tool was very easy to use, and the appearance in person matched exactly what was presented online.
I ordered express delivery (as it was short-notice leaving gift for a colleague) and the product was completed and in my hands within a day and a half of purchasing.
Very quick, easy, and accurate service. I recommend without hesitation.

My experience
Found them doing a Google search for a Swiss Army knife to replace a lost item. Their prices are the best I could find and an order was made. I realised that there was something else I could have and the next day I rang to see if I could amend the order. This was done without any fuss and did not impact on the delivery which was to be honest very quick. I would not hesitate in my recommendation of these people based on my recent experience and would without doubt use their services again.

A great experience!
I needed to replace an old pocket knife which through age and overuse broke.
After a quick search, Swisstool was by far the best price and service. Ordering and payment were really easy and my item was delivered well before their expected date.
A great company and I would highly recommend them.
