Is there a system to Correct Incorrect Deliveries?
I ordered small toothpicks, but tweezers arrived. I messaged them twice, but with no response. I've filled in another contact form this morning, but with little confidence. The test of any company is how they respond when things go wrong.

Dismal. Never received order despite charging my card immediately on transaction. Impossible to contact. Reported to trading standards. Instructed bank to "Chargeback". Read the reviews. Avoid!

Brilliant Replacement
I foolishly managed to lose my red Picknicker knife and chose the smaller green Spartan as a replacement with the bonus of free personalisation.
I really miss the locking blade of the Picknicker, but the Spartan allows me to remain within the law and to be carried at all times.
The service from Swisstool was excellent and the knife up to the usual high standard.

A quality keepsake/gift
This is the second time I have ordered from swisstool. One pen knife personalised as a Christmas gift for my partner which he loved. My father admired it so I bought him one, personalised for Father's Day which he was thrilled with. A lovely gift/keepsake but useful too.
