I like nice watches and I have a Rolex, an Omega and a Jaeger le Coutre. I wanted a Glaschutte. I was initially very suspicious, but I read a few reviews on line and spoke to Scott. I received the exact product (Glaschutte) I ordered on the day it was promised.

I will use and recommend them again.

With the great reviews given on this site I didn't have many worries ordering from Swissluxury. With a saving of 500USD on a 5K watch it seems like a fair deal, after a month of waiting and several attempts to get an update they informed me that the watch was on backorder and It would take 2-3months to get the watch. Despite them cancelling the order on my request I think communication could have been much better.

Obviously had concerns dealing with a dealer on another continent but Swiss Luxury were great. No issues at all. Watch arrived overnight by fed-ex as promised with the box and docs following a week later. Rapid responses to emails and watch exactly as described. Wouldn't hesitate to use again or recommend.

I was shopping for corporate gifts and awards. Our awards policy is to award watch to those who promote to VP. Previously we purchased from a brick and mortar store. In order to meet awards budget, shopped on line and found SwissLuxury.com. Did some background checks and found it to be a reputable site. I placed the order and had immediate customer service with regards to final price, turnaround to ship and tracking. SwissLuxury.com was true to it word on delivery and product. My landed price was 20% less than store. Very satisfied with purchase and service. My company and I will use SwissLuxury.com again.

I was reluctant to buy a timepiece online. But after reading all the reviews, I decided to buy my Speedy Pro from Darryl.
When I placed my order, it took a couple days before I heard back from Darryl via e-mail. There was a shortage of my timepiece, so he was looking for them. Then he had to order my Speedy from the manufacturer and informed me that it could take 6 to 8 weeks to arrive.
The good news is multi-fold.
1. Every time he gives you an update with a delay, he asks if you want him to proceed with the purchase or to cancel the order.
2. Darryl charges your credit card when it is shipped to you and not when you order the timepiece.
3. Darryl will keep looking for your timepiece. In fact, he found mine from someone in Atlanta and had it shipped a few days after he said he had to order it from the manufacturer.

The timepiece came with papers in original condition.
When I order my next timepiece, I will definitely order it from Darryl.

I had been burned in the past with another online watch vendor, so I was a bit cautious about Swiss Luxury.com. However, I had an excellent buying experience with Swiss Luxury. They were very responsive via email. Quick shipping. Good price. I highly recommend.

I was skeptical at first that this would be another website with grey market watches with no paperwork for a good price. Boy was I surprised, because my Breitling has all the original paperwork, warranty and boxes, plus I got a great deal. It arrived at my door brand new with all the stickers and tags on it.
