The experience with Swiss Luxury was very good. The only complaint was, there was little feedback once the order was placed. I submitted a request in regards to the order status and received an e-mail very quickly that informed me that my order would be delivered the next day. But overall the experience was very good.

Placed a call to determine if they had the watch in stock and how long to deliver. They sent me an email with details within 24 hours. The watch arrived in perfect condition in the timeframe they stated. Perfect transaction and would recommend them to anyone.

After researching SwissLuxury.com and submitting several inquiries about the watch, the warranty, and their low prices, I made the decision to purchase the watch. My decision was based on the reviews posted, their A+ Better Business Bureau rating, and their responsiveness to my questions.

I was a unsure at first as it was a lot of money to spend online. I received the watch within the week and very happy with the purchase. I highly recommend swiss luxury !

I hope it will not be necessary to go through any hoops should there be a problem with the Rolex in the warranty period especially since SwissLuxury is not a Rolex dealer.
If that process is necessary, hopefully it will be as satisfactory as the purchase experience.
