Having ordered some products from Adara Sweet Co. over the last number of my months. I have to commend their excellent customer service standards, I will definitely be ordering more from them in the future and would highly recommend their services!

came in time shown the tracking of it was off but it came within in 2-5 days everything was in there all my order and a thank note really sweet would order again

Excellent service. Very fast. My aunt lobed her basket of chocolate bars and I will re order for other birthdays etc.

Have ordered from sweetco a couple of times, second time will be the last.

Received order but one of the plastic sweet tubs were smashed (so most of the contents fell out), there was no damage to the cardbord box so would indicate it was sent broken, shards of plastic and children do not mix.

Seriously bad, unprofesional company.

This review was written as they have ignored two emails and one contact via their website.

Update to reply:

First: you did not 'miss' that email (it was three emails that you managed to miss, so yes unprofessional)

Second: Totally agree, the box was very well packed (which is why I had stated it was sent broken), or maybe the courier opened the box took out a tub then stood on it and put it back in the box and carefully taped it back up!!!!

Third: Nice and professional again, attempt to try and push the blame to the customer 'it's a pity you did not feel the need ring us re this, as it could have been sorted out' because three emails is just not enough?

Again your blatant unprofessional disrespect for a customer is why the review was written

With all due respect, you have no choice but to stand by and accept what has been stated regardless of how hard you work (knowingly or unknowingly the trurth as a matter of fact as previously stated is that the cardboard box arrived undamaged with no dents, impact marks, holes etc. a single tub of the seven tubs in that box was broken as proven by the image sent to you which you acknowledge receiving).

What's with the condescending attitude 'anybody in business will tell you the same as do the customers' for your information this is not my first online order and am fully aware of what can happen when items are not protected properly during shipping.

Again 'You may think we ignored your email', read this word by word, it was NOT one email, it was two direct emails (of which I have proof) and one via website contact form, so obviously it can only seem like my emails were ignored.

Funny how you went looking under the order id as it wasn't provided with this review (must be a magical power condescending busineess people possess), use the refunded amount towards a customer service course.

Love the products from this company, so lovely to enjoy childhood favourite sweets again. Love the cute paper bags too, makes them all the more nostalgic. Extremely quick service too.

Update to the response I received I actually placed the order on 30th December, however no matter about timeline, your response hasn't impressed me at all, no apologie offered at all, I know well about Brexit, and your options in resolving custom to the UK should maybe be considered

Really lovely Irish company! Have ordered a couple of times with no issues, very pleasant and quick delivery - what more could you want! Great to support Irish in our covid times. Highly recommend Ardara, a great selection of sweets and treats and they're by far the cheapest around! Thanks guys ☺️

Sent me all their nearly out of date stock

Ordered crisps which were out of date in 6 days, ordered pretzels which were out of date in two weeks. Ordered a bunch of chocolate, all out of the between Feb-April. Really disappointing for products with such a long shelf life

Excellent service! Couldn't believe how fast my friend got her hamper even during the pandemic with other delivery services being delayed. Their customer service is great and when I made an error with my order it was quickly fixed with their help and speedy replies. Great to support an irish company!

really fast delivery and great choice of courier with dpd. the tubs of sweets are good quality and the safety seal intact so it’s never been opened. would definitely recommend them
