I had a great experience with appliance outlet. My family was moving from AL Jaddaf to Dubai Hills and we needed a new Stove top oven. I purchased it, but we were waiting for the clearance to move. They held the oven for about 3 weeks and then delivered the oven with care to our new apartment, with no additional fees. Communication was great. I am truly grateful.

Delivered items in time but there was some issues I tried to contact several times no one there to answer, in one products one of the part was missing and unfortunately many attempts no replies from them. Disappointed

Purchased a Open Box Dispaly Item refrigerator mentioned as Excellent condition. Purchased extended store warranty of 3 Years.
After turning on, it gives loud grinding noise randomly of for few seconds but works fine.
So reported the issue on their same WhatsApp channel, only asking if we should keep using it or stop it and they want to inspect, as we do not want to affect wrranty.
Still awaiting the response.
It was very responsive channel but no response now.
I will update my feedback in case I received a response and if the warranty is honored.

TrustPilot is amazing. Received no response from you since yesterday on your Whatsapp number +971 56 313 7394 on which you were very responsive before I made the payment. Same speed that you showed here. You do not need to recognize me here. Please check the WhatsApp messages on the above WhatsApp channel, all the details and videos have been shared. I sent reminders today as well. I have only asked if I should keep using the refrigerator or it needs inspection.
Based on the experience the review will be updated accordingly and immediately.

Very bad service. They did not give us the company warranty card. It seems to be an used washer dryer. In spite of many calls to the service center, no follow up or response though they promised to send us the LG's warranty card by email.

Zero stars if possible:
Bought a ‘new’ water dispenser from them. Delivery delayed and the item was not new at all. Clear signs it had been refurbished. Contacted multiple times and they are adamant it’s new when I know it’s not. They misrepresent their electronics. When the condition is ‘excellent’ assume it’s been used / refurbished. They also delivered an incorrect manual for the item. DISHONEST AVOID AVOID these guys.

The appliances were in good condition, but the delivery was problematic. It was hard to communicate with them, and if you need what you bought urgently, be ready for delays of a couple of days.

Simple process. Found an item online. Chatted with agent. Item delivered within a week. No hassles.

Bought a top loading washing machine 7 kg. Machine came in original packing, brand new and very good price. We are very happy.
