J’ai reçu ma commande Swedishness il y a environ une semaine. J’avais commandé quelques produits pour une petite fete entre amis. Tout est arrivé dans les délais annoncés et en parfait état.

Ich habe dort Konserven bestellt, die sonst kaum erhältlich sind und dafür die hohen Frachtkosten in Kauf genommen.
Einige Tage lang passierte nichts. Dann habe ich den Support kontaktiert und darauf hingewiesen, dass die Lieferadresse weitere 8 Tage später für eine Woche nicht zur Verfügung stünde und man dies bitte berücksichtigen solle.
Aber Swedishness konnte nichts tun - weder eine andere Adresse benutzen noch die Lieferung etwas zurückhalten.
Nochmal etwas später wurde die Ware verschickt und ist zum Glück gerade noch rechtzeitig angekommen.
Auch merkwürdig - die Sendung war als Gefahrgut deklariert mit angeblich 2 kg Trockeneis. Natürlich war kein Trockeneis im Paket - wozu auch bei nicht kühlpflichtiger Ware? Was soll das?
Ich habe den Eindruck, dass der Händler die Versandabwicklung nicht selbst vornimmt und praktisch keinen Einfluss auf den Prozess hat.
Die Ware selbst ist in Ordnung.
Zusammengefasst würde ich lieber nicht wieder dort einkaufen. Ich kann keine Lieferadresse zur Verfügung stellen, bei der wochenlang tagtäglich jemand anwesend ist.

Love Love Love, they closed the Swedish Deli I went to here. And I find it's weird to ask my friends to bring me cheese when visiting LA. So I found I can just have it shipped so I can have my breakfast like I do there.

Swedishness are professional
Swedishness are professional, friendly when contacted and have true Swedish products for those who miss them in Switzerland.
They now ship to the USA at decent shipping costs.
IKEA used to have many of these products, but have now rebranded their copies to their own logo - not so good...
I love Swedishness!

The best Cinnamon Buns I've ever tried!!!
My friend introduced me to Swedish food not long ago and I fell in love... In Italy where I live its a bit difficult to find authentic Swedish food so I came across Swedishness, there was a great variety of products and it was super easy to order. The package arrived in 3 days and the food was super fresh and delicious. 10/10 would recommend!

Fresh food and fast delivery
I don't normally leave reviews but I was so happy with my food delivery that I felt compelled to do so. My partner is Swedish and so to find a company that imports high quality food products for a great price has been amazing. I could not believe how fresh the products were. The bread was so soft like it had just been baked and the meatballs and sausages were top quality! I also ordered cheese and a bernaise sauce which were delicious. I will definitely be ordering again... Thanks for fantastic fresh food and a quick delivery!

Swedish Awesomeness
To start off with, the delivery is very quick which is very important specially if I'm planning a gathering of close friends in a short notice and they have a huge variety of products that I don't see in other Swedish grocery websites here in the UK. I definitely recommend it!

Paket kommer punktligt och för det…
Paket kommer punktligt och för det mesta i gott skick om inte så är Anna alltid bussig och ger pengarna tillbaka vilket har häng ett par gånger.
Jag är nöjd och glad att hitta mina Svenska varor.

This site is a real gem for those of us who look for all the Swedish things we miss from back home. Ordering is super easy and things always arrive on schedule and with no issues. When I've had any questions they're always quick to respond and they've been super helpful. Highly recommended!

Delicious Nordic food...
Great website, easy to use, and the food is excellent. Frequent and seamless deliveries. What I like the most is the depth and range of great nordic products which keeps evolving. It makes Switzerland feel a bit more like home.
