Went out of their way to be helpful even though I had bought a bag of theirs through another supplier. Replaced the bag, with next day delivery as it was a birthday gift for son going back to Uni. Didn’t charge me extra and we’re really kind and efficient. Definitely recommend.

Not a hassle free company!

Returned an item through there online service - its been 1 month and no refund! Ive chased but to no avail, the staff are useless, they dont care....

I have never ordered from Surfanic before, I ordered a coat for my son for next day delivery and worried when they said they had dispatched it, but had heard nothing from the courier like they said we would. I sent them an email to customer services and then looked for reviews to see what their customer service was like, I panicked when I saw the negative trust pilot reviews. They were back in touch within the hour to say the jacket had already been delivered, and the name of the person who had signed for it. So absolutely no probs with customer service, but their courier could do with a kick.

So the website and offering is great. The customer service is appalling. - 365 days hassle free returns! really. So I returned something at the beginning of October using Sufanic own returns system - all good, no problem, very much like Amazon, so I thought the return would be logged instantly and within a week refund made. I bought the goods through Klana, who incidentally are brilliant, THEY emailed me to ask if everything was ok and at that point you can log that you have returned the item and no more chases occur - that was on the 9th October. I have only paid so far for the item that i kept, but its not sorted. I still have items showing on Klana as in progress. I called Surfanic Customer service a week after I sent the items back - they said give it till Friday - even though the tracking details confimed that the goods had arrived and had been signed for. On that Friday i called but no one answered the phone. So I emailed them through their contact us email on the website - which also says they would aim to get back to you within 24hrs its the 30th October now and still now reply to my contact us email? The log Klana have made to say that a return is in progress. What a nightmare shop to deal with. Absolute shame as we are surfers and skiers and the product looks lovely but I have been sooooo disappointed with their service. sorry chaps I am a local girl too and thats a real shame.

I ordered the Shoreline 3 layered Jacket and its amazing. Great quality, keeps you warm and dry in high winds and rain. Was an absolute bargain. Also the delivery was quick and arrived in perfect condition. Great product and company

Total scammers - don’t buy anything from this company - they take your money but don’t answer calls or emails and don’t refund your money. I have reported them to Trading Standards. They should be closed down!

I placed an order and it was dispatched last Wednesday , shipping was due to be 2-3 days but i still havent received my item !!
I have called but they arent receiving calls at the minute, i have emailed twice and no reply !!!
Unprofessional that i havent had a response , i would just like some tracking information or even cancel my order for a full refund but now i am stuck as what to do.
Very disappointed.

Fantastic first class company.
I was let down on Monday morning by Halfords in purchasing a electric scooter for my sons birthday which was the following day.
I contacted surfanic at 13.30 on the Monday to check stock and got an email within 15 minutes.
I ordered the scooter at 13.45 deadline for next day delivery is 14.00 hrs.
Tuesday morning around 10.30 (my sons birthday) the scooter arrived.
Well done surfanic it’s a shame Halfords can’t do the same.

Do not trust this company they rip you off I have paid for two items which come to over £200 promised a full refund which I haven’t got and still waiting on another to turn up they don’t answer phone calls or emails.

Your time is valuable so I won't waste it. Full-time paid Ski patrol put their gear through hell. Most of the time they are issued gear by the resort they work for and that gear is usually top notch. But IF YOU ARE NOT MAKING A LIVING WITH YOUR SKI GEAR then it's absolutely ridiculous to pay the kinds of prices that North Face, Spyder, Helly Hanson and the like are charging. Manufacturers like Surfanic and Trespass are perfect for the several weeks a year you are going to ski. If you are an off-piste, extreme skier then you are going to want a few pieces that are a bit more robust. If you are staying on-piste, within resort boundaries then please don't spend a huge chunk of cash on brand names. Pro ski patrol don't even use ski gloves. They use waterproof, insulated leather work gloves because of all the rope work they do. most of these pros use older gear whose reliability is firmly established.

Just because you are outdoors doesn't mean you are in, or going to be in a survival situation. Despite this fact, a lot of outdoor equipment marketing would try to draw comparisons between your recreational plans with those of Everest climbers and Antarctic explorers. Don't buy into it.

There are those who will try to say that the more affordable gear isn't as warm or waterproof or whatever. Their argument is a load of dingo's kidneys. When it's blowing 50mph and windchill is -20 the Sufanic owners are going to be in the lodge along with the rest of the skiers with their Spyder, North Face, HH, Patagonia kit. Surfanic is great ski gear. I love mine. Get some, have fun and laugh at Spyder-man who secretly feels like a knob for spending so much to enjoy the same groomed runs as you.

Going on our first ski trip and looked for some reasonably priced gear. Bought trousers and jackets for the kids. They have some cool designs and the quality is much better than the lower priced gear you get elsewhere. I was so impressed that I bought some for myself.

I have tested it on three full day lessons at indoor snow zone and am very impressed with the quality.

Delivery was speedy. Excellent.

You get what you pay for. Cheap price and substandard quality. Will never buy again. I would rather pay more and get good quality. As they say: Buy cheap, buy twice!!!

I bought a number of items including an awesome set of yellow ski trousers. Fast delivery, excellent products. Would highly recommend!
