Purchased some ski boots from this…
Purchased some ski boots from this company a month ago. It took them 2 weeks to send them and then they got lost in transit and I’m still waiting for a refund. Customer service / communication from them is dreadful. Strongly advise that you do not buy from them. What might seem a good price compared with other reputable companies is definitely not worth the hassle! Avoid!

Ordered skis to be delivered within 4-5…
Ordered skis to be delivered within 4-5 working days on 14th Feb 2026. A month later still waiting. Various excuses of damaged packaging and would have to wait 72hrs for checks to condition. That was 24 days ago. Just going round in circles with Ekosport. I've now requested a refund 5 times however company refuses to reply. Now in the hands of my solicitor. Absolutely disgusted by this company. They don't mind taking your money though.

Awful service
Awful service. I ordered custom skis for a trip 2 weeks before. Item was then out for delivery. Did not arrive. This continued for another 3 days after i waited in. Item was then lost by Evri the courier chosen by Ekosport. I have to keep following up to a response of " our investigation takes a few days" this has been over a month now and they still cannot refund my money. I have sent all the emails from Evri to prove they lost the item abd i had to pay out for ski hire on my trip. Seeking legal advice now. Simply awful.

Easy to order, great communication/replying to questions. Beautifully packed and skis look fab. Holiday isn't for a couple of weeks, so not tried yet.

The skis arrived in perfect condition however there was some delay delivering the skis; they mentioned 4-5 working days but arrived almost 2 weeks after order. Ekosport was responsive though. Would recommend still
