Bike came in great condition, quickly, and I received quick responses. Bike is registered and insured. I wanna ride now, but its 19 degrees outside. SuperiorPowersports, please increase the thermostat outside. Helpful customer service and got my bike fast as possible. Thank you Amy👍 Hope they get bigger bikes in the future (LifanKPT400) would be nice. Good experience with Superior. Also, price was best of all the sites I could find.

Jim was very knowledgeable and helpful when placing the order. The youth quad was delivered within the shipping window and completely assembled. The quad started up easily and runs great. I would definitely order from Superior again.

We have purchased 4 - ATVs from Superior Power Sports over the last 5 years.
All positive experiences.
We purchased our first Tao T125 in 2020. This machine was put through the paces. Our adult kids also rode it. Not recommending, just saying. We do ride on the back with the 2 year old. We put this one together.
September 2025 we purchased another T125. That was put together. That option was convenient. Good if you do not have a mechanic in the family.
November 2025 since purchased another T125 and Bull 200. Thank you Myrna, for your help and support getting those placed so the kids could register them in their names, to ride on the trails.
Superior Power Sports is quick to return the paperwork to get them registered.
***We did not have any shipping damage on our orders. We where told the refuse the product if it was damaged., as this would be the shipping companies fault.

The whole process

Well, I ordered a 2025 vitacci magnum, it arrived within a week 1/2. They were great, the people that takes care of MSO/MCO are great and they mailed it asap(5-7days) after I requested it.
The only thing I will complain is about the delivery guy, I know it is a different company that delivers but he was lazy af, he just wanted to leave the moped on the side walk, not even inside my driveway and he threw the receipt over the fence. He was a white smoker guy, and lazy .

Such careless business in market and noone has noticed that. They are selling defective products and taking full amount of money. is it legal in USA?

Great customer service and great product.

Bought 2 dirtbikes and 1 ATV and all 3 were delivered in bad shape. Almost immediately things starting going wrong. Bad carb, broken forks, missing parts, parts not aligning and all around not much working. I spent 3 months trying to get them to get me the part and each time they told me they were working on it. They were lying. Yesterday I reached out directly to their own supplier and was able to order the parts directly from them in 2 hours time. This company refuses to help their customers at all and judging by the other reviews, I'm not surprised.

Never use them, only reason I gave 1 star is I couldn't give negative stars. Scooter came and didn't run, got the runaround from customer service and if you try and return, they will take most of the money. Had to pay out of pocket to get it fixed. Hope no one ever buys from them and saves time and money

Bike was delivered on time and in good condition. Bought the Focus 150 great bike couldn't be happier with it

I would have to say this company's is a good company I was able to speak with the whit them no problem wasn't hard to get a hold of them you definitely going to be a returning customer just wish they had more racing type style scooters like the racer 50 and my bike works perfectly fine the only thing I had to replace was the battery other than that everything's running smooth thanks Superior powersports

I regret purchasing from Superior Powersports (also known as Veloz Power Sports), and I want to warn everyone about their fraudulent refund practices.
I bought a Vitacci Fighter Pro 49cc Scooter from them on layaway for $1,279.85, and when it arrived damaged, I followed all their instructions to return it. They even confirmed in writing that I would receive a full refund.
After I returned the item, they changed their policy and refused to refund me! Now, they claim that I do not qualify for a refund due to a made-up “purchase window” rule that they NEVER told me about before authorizing the return.
What I’ve Done:
✔ Filed a complaint with the BBB ✔ Reported them to the FTC for fraudulent practices ✔ Escalated the issue with my State Attorney General ✔ Tried to dispute through my bank✔ Filed a Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) complaint
Why This Matters:
Superior Powersports is scamming consumers by: Delivering Damaged Products in untampered, concealed wrappings❌ Promising refunds in writing, then refusing to pay ❌ Changing refund policies AFTER processing returns ❌ Denying customers their legal right to a refund

I received my Vitacci 50 Bullet Motorcycle on February 20, 2025, with no damages to the motorcycle. It was fully assembled, and all I had to do was bolt on both mirrors. I had to snip the dipstick head a little so I could check the oil because the exhaust bolts were too close. I added premium gas to the tank and charged the battery, and it started quick and completed a test run, and it was very fun and fast. Customer service is slow to respond to my questions.

I highly recommend this company !

The cost is well worth it.

I can't wait for my title so I can get my tag and enjoy the ride.

So I placed an order yesterday with these guys 24 hours later they get back to me saying that the item I paid for is out of stock & asked me if I would like a different one when I said yes to the same exact price they told me they were going to have to add an additional $150 for gas surcharge. On top of the 273 delivery fee bad business i should have listened to the reviews.👎👎👎👎

I bought an atv for my kid for Xmas in November. They never shipped it and now the website is down. Goddamn scumbags!!!!!
