This company customer service is non existent, we bought go cart in august 2025, did all required oil change etc. this was for grandkids who maybe put on. 10 hrs and this past weekend caught on fire!! Thank god I was outside while they were riding, this go cart has been difficult to start on a regular basis and then Dec 6 it was fine and then sounded strange and. When I looked up black smoke and then flames as high as 2 ft coming from around spark plug area, yelled and got kids off and had to use fire extinguisher to put out and now I have called company and sent photos and No correspondence at all.

Honest Review of the XPro Titan – Great Bike for DIY Mechanics
I bought two XPro Titan bikes within two weeks — the price is unbeatable. Of course, it's not a KTM… but hey, it's seriously fun to ride!
Many reviews complain that the bike doesn’t work perfectly right out of the box or has various issues. My advice: if you expect a bike to work flawlessly from day one, spend an extra $6000 and go to a professional dealer.
If you're into mechanics and enjoy working on your bike, you’ll love it. You should know how to adjust a carburetor, set up a clutch, tighten a chain, and own a torque wrench. If you have no clue about these things — stay away.
The overall feel reminds me of my old Honda MB8 from the 80s — simple and robust. Communication with the seller was a bit tricky at times. They initially didn’t want to deliver the second bike (same color), thinking it was a fake order… but that got sorted out in the end.
Bottom line: A great bike for people who like to wrench. If you think a dirt bike should work perfectly straight out of the box with no adjustments — look elsewhere

Bought the Templar X 250, IT started 3 times. Now it doesn't start 😞 did not even get the tires dirty. They don't have costumer service unless you're paying for something, you can't get help with anything else

I ordered scooters from Powersportsmax.com and the experience has been a nightmare. The first bike was delivered at 2:30 in the afternoon in the South side of St. louis, Missouri. The delivery company R&L chose to leave at my garage in a through alley. They snapped a picture and almost exactly six hours later I received a notification along with the picture. I am in a part if South St. Louis that is marginal, especially as it relates to alleys. To give you an idea, on a daily basis dumpster divers come through, those seeking to find or steal anything of value come through, and we do not go in the alley ever except to take out the trash. We also have a fenced in yard and the fence is 6 foot tall and slatted. There is no visibility from my house what so ever and no person in their right mind would leave something of value unattended. So now that the picture has been painelted.
At 2:30 in the afternoon the scooter was delivered. There was no phone call, no text and nobody rang the doorbell to say they were there. Six hours later I received an electronic notification complete with a picture. We immediately opened the farage door to find there was nothing.
We promptly notified the company who told us they needed a police report. I obtained a police report and the Officer said if it wasn't an inside job by the delivery company, then they were not very intelligent. We obtained the report promptly submitted it and waited. At one point I was told it was processing but when I followed up tonight, a full 25 days later I was informed they would not be sending a replacement scooter.
I wrote back that I hoped they would change their mind and do the right thing. I have spoken to an attorney who advised me what to say in the correspondence back, and that if not answered satisfactorily he would become involved ask for restitution in the form of the scooter or a full refund and additionally his fees, as well as expenses I have incurred. I did as he suggested, but still they have refused to budge.
At this point it is principle, and I intend to use every Social Media outlet available. Instead of them leaning on their delivery company, they are instead choosing to deprive me of the product and my money and that is not acceptable. I run a business and it hurts financially sometimes to do the right thing, but when a company does the customer becomes loyal. When they don't the customer shares their experience with as many people as possible in the hope that others dont face a similar fate, as no business should operate like this.

I found a local repair place at first they would fix on them but actually got tired of seeing them and wont even try anymore. not to mention you have to buy the parts from powersportsmax or they send you a link to ebay. So keep up with serial numbers and all that.

I have bought 3 XPRO's from Power Sports Max, whether you want a bike to learn mechanics on, or you want something that is fun to ride, or you need dependable transportation to get to work each day all my bikes fire right up the very first try and the worst part is they run so well they will certainly wear you out before you wear them out. All it takes is a little maintenance check oil levels, keep tire pressures, an occasional valve adjustment or lubing the chain and your good to go. I have ridden mine thousands of miles no problems what soever and the customer care center was always responsive and informative if i needed anything at all. In my case, there was nothing wrong with all three of my Bikes when they arrived. And whatever you do if you do decide to ride ? Ride Safe !!!! James

My bike only lasted about five months before it started ticking and pretty much just gave up after smoking. Contact the company they do not honor their warranty. They will tell you to take it to a shop and they will decide whether they will pay the bill after you pay for it initially. Worst experience ever. Go with Taotao, last longer.
Worst purchase Ever
Since purchasing the Go Kart 330cc GK-M43, I have encountered numerous issues. Despite the product description indicating that it comes with the manual, the assembly instructions are extremely limited. Consequently, I was compelled to seek professional assistance for the assembly. Unfortunately, the kart does not operate at its full specifications as advertised. Currently, it operates at approximately 38-42 mph with a 120-pound child, and this speed is limited to downhill terrain. I have repeatedly attempted to obtain an RMA number for a return, but each attempt has resulted in inadequate responses. The emergency brake fails to provide adequate stability, necessitating the placement of a brick under the tire to prevent rolling. The technician informed me that the injectors require replacement, but again, I am now getting pushback from this relevant team. Despite my repeated requests for an RMA number, I have been denied refunds or returns. It appears that the company is aware of the product’s faults but is unwilling to provide a refund or take it back. Given the discrepancies between the product description and the actual product, and the suggestion that the description may have been modified since my complaint, I am compelled to seek legal recourse to obtain my compensation. Furthermore, I question the necessity of verifying such a significant amount of information before receiving the product. It is unclear why the company offers a discount for paying with a money order, as it appears to circumvent the obligation to provide a refund.

I bought a X-pro Hawk 150 on this site and it arrived two days later in perfect condition. Assembly was pretty straight forward and the bike has been absolutely great. I did have a problem with my exhaust mount breaking on the exhaust pipe and they sent a replacement the next day. Very impressive dealer for Chinese powersports.

Layaway. Arrived Intact & Fast-ish
Seller shipped quickly once my layaway was paid off. There were some issues, but not as severe as what I had expected. I was afraid of scams, and this seller is not scamming despite some of the accusations here.
Motorcycle arrived after tracking showed "delivered", which was scary. When it did come, everything was intact but the only assembly instructions are on YouTube. When I started the layaway, they spelled my address wrong, but a quick email and that was fixed. And the only other issue that I have had was the MSO took a long time (14 days) to arrive, so about a week after the motorcycle arrived...and even this delay was not the source of my concern...it was reading about how MSOs never arriving or taking months to arrive, and not having a way to track it.
Seller was pretty responsive over all, but the communication was sometimes very difficult. It was difficult to understand some of the people I had to deal with, and for them to understand what I was saying.
So, my experience was in reality very good. I docked one star for the communication difficulties, and because of the delayed MSO. I did start to kind of get assertive with this company in hopes of getting the MSO quicker, and initiated a dispute with my card because I was afraid I'd been duped and they were running out the timeframe in which I had to file my dispute, but I can see now they did send the MSO and that it will arrive today.
Which means they didn't just wait til I complained to send the thing. It was already moving in the postal system. So they are not scammers. Rest assured.
As a sidenote: You better be a mechanic or something really close if you want to buy a bike like these online, keep that in mind. It won't be fully assembled, so you'll be very disappointed if you can't get it together.
I'd like to hope this makes up for my attitude. I was just concerned because even though the price was great, it was alot of money to me personally. Sorry, Powersports Max. You guys did a good job.
Cost to Quality ratio and a 1 kick bike
I always open my reviews with “They have to be extraordinary before I will consider a 5 star evaluation”. That being said, I still want to take nothing from these guys. The Quailty of the X-pro 28in 110cc 4 stroke I purchased for my 11 years old exceeded expectations. If you’re concerned about the cost to quality ratio then this is the place to buy a good Chinese bike. The shipping was 1 day early tracking the package. When I opened the box it was actually pre-assembled more than what was shown in the assembly video. Put it all together, turned on the gas valve to the carb, popped the choke on the carb and boom! 1 kick and she started.
Quick shipping, but bike won't idle.
Order was shipped quick and arrived quick despite the holiday weekend. Bike (xpro Templar 250) will not maintain idle though. Only the fuel screw is adjustable, and the air mixture screw is plugged off. Weather was 50-60 degrees, paid for an assembled and tested bike, and as of yet it will not idle which means not rideable yet. It's nice to look at, but not sure how to make it useable without voiding the warranty.
Followed the quick start guide and everything, no luck as of yet. Starts alright, just won't stay running without constant use of the choke lever or throttle. Fuel screw just speeds up the rpm, but still won't stay running even once warmed up.

I bought an Xpro Hawk 250 from Powersportsmax. The bike arrived on time and in good shape. The speedometer cable quit on me after 100 miles. Powersportsmax sent me a new cable free of charge and it arrived in about 9 days. You really can't ask for more. I love the bike and would not hesitate to nuy from them again.

I bought 2 150cc scooters. First I had problems with the shipping. I finally get the scooters after 4 weeks. I was told a week and a half but that was the shippers fault not Powersportsmax. Once we got the scooters put together the 1 at one stalling out still does. The second one was not a 150cc it was a 50cc. The title said 150cc but the bike said 50cc on the motor and it was different then the other scooter. They offered me 100 dollars off the price I paid for the 150cc. If I kept it that is. If I sent it back I had to pay to ship it back even though this was not my fault. So then I told them I'd pay for this 50cc scooter and wanted them to ship me the scooter I had already paid for. No they wouldn't do that, said I would have to reorder the scooter. Basically robbing me for my shipping money. They refused to fix their mistake. Now I'm totally stuck with this 50cc and they're not answering me nor sending me the proper title! The bike is worthless! This is a horrible place of business! They should be in trouble for the things they do!
