An incredible party for a 5 year old! All the children were mesmerised by Spiderman who kept them well entertained with games and made the birthday boy feel special with individual attention, lifts, poses/photos, cuddles and presenting him with his birthday cake. An unexpected visit from Paw Patrols 'Chase' towards then end left jaws on the floor. Would definitely recommend.

Everything went smoothly I booked they turnt up on time, made my daughters birthday very special after not being able to celebrate it properly cause of covid lockdowns.

Best Spiderman EVER!!! Thank you so much for making my Son's 5th birthday party so Amazing! He was absolutely blown away to be surprised by Spiderman turning up at his party, as were all his friends! He exceeded my expectations, his performance was incredible and so authentic. I couldn't be happier with the experience he gave my son and his friends. He's left a very lasting impression. I highly recommend, well worth the cost and would definitely book again!

Thank you for making my little girls birthday the best ever! My daughter just turned 5 and she is the biggest spiderman fan! For the last few years spiderman has been her favourite thing.. she has spiderman everything! She has always said how much she would love to meet spiderman, and we are so glad we chose these guys. Her jaw hit the floor as soon as spidey entered the room, and I think she was speechless throughout. The guys turned up early and got everything set up without hassle, spiderman was excellent with the kids, and overall it was the best party ever! So glad we went for the full party package, spiderman went above and beyond to keep the kids entertained for the duration and they haven't stopped talking about it since! The communication with the company was flawless and it was worth every penny. I have a feeling we will be seeing spiderman again next year! Thank you!!!

Attended a Bob the builder booking today in Bristol and it was amazing so much energy and the kids loved it, we only paid for 30th a but they brought a huge beach ball out and bubble machine with a little packet of sweets for the birthday boy. Highly recommend 5STAR

5* entertainment! Kids, teens and adults absolutely loved Spider-Man. Constant interaction with the kids and lots of entertainment provided! Will be booking again 100%.

Wow, was amazing entertaining, kept all the kids and teens and adult happy and laughing. Would 100% recommend book with these. Booked a party package and They supplied everything needed.

After scrolling through facebook and coming across an add for Mascot Assistant/weekend work I was intrigued. The communication was super quick and I was training the next day and shaddowing a party event. The staff go above and beyond for their customers and I was super impressed by the attention to detail and the superb efficiency. My first weekend consisted of several bookings and I have to say the Mascots are amazing, they work so hard to make sure the children and guests are impressed and happy. Every child's face lit up with delight. I feel lucky to come across an add on facebook and now be part of an amazing team that give every customer the best experience and I have a lot of fun.

I hired paw patrol mascots with a 3 hour party for my little boys 2nd birthday and this company went above and beyond for us!. Highly recommend! The kids were constantly entertained and the mascot was amazing!

We had Spider-Man come to my sons 4th birthday party. He was amazing and we couldn’t of asked for more. The children loved him. Thankyou so much.

Absolutely amazing! We hired Spider-Man for my boys 4th birthday party and honestly could not have asked for more from him. In 34 degrees heat he still put on the best show! The kids were well entertained the whole way through and absolutely loved him. He did his character so well, even puts on the American accent. He brought out the cake, done lots of tricks, gave out gifts and got photos with all the children.

My boy will 100% remember this birthday thanks to this company. Will definitely be booking through them again for future birthdays!

We hired Spider-Man for a half hour appearance for my sons 3rd birthday and he more than met our expectations! Not only did he look the part, he was totally in character with an American accent and even entered our garden by climbing over the wall. The children were completely mesmerised! He had fun with the children and made them laugh the whole time, he even bought out the birthday cake to sing happy birthday and every child had the chance to have a photo with him. We were a little sceptical at first as I’d never used this company before, which Is why we only chose the half hour visit but I wish we had done longer now! My son was so happy and has continued to talk about his experience of meeting spider man, worth every penny and it’s a day he won’t forget, he was excellent!

Honestly my little boy still talks about spiderman. The cool tricks they learn and just the hard work that goes into them and there parties.

Absolutely brilliant with the children and With older ones and the shy one they made come out there shell.

My son was invited to a friends 4th birthday yesterday and to his surprise superman and super girl turned up. They were both great and both my sons loved them. Prefect add to a superhero birthday party, would definitely recommend to other friends and family

Won’t be removing it sorry) changed they're name slightly, don’t trust these non verified 5 stars, look them up on other review sites you will see they’re true rating.and No matter how many times you keep asking it to be removed, I will keep posting it so it’s always at the top.
For your response… if the cap fits, and second, why would I complain before the booking took place?? I complained after you cancelled ten mins before it was due, and rightly so. You didn’t want my booking ten mins before it was due was it?? Lol I’d get someone with an iq above 5 to write your replies in future. You think it’s ok to cancel booking ten mins before as long as we’re at no financial loss do you? After a month or two of your current trading name, the reviews will look just like the last trading name. You are everything I said you were and your response also proves you are the same company. Anyone who wants to check for them selves only has to search your other trading name to read your dire reviews for them selves. Don’t give up your day jobs. 👌 ps I have forwarded my experience with you to relevant authorities including inland revenue

Due to unforseen circumstances we have had to close the company immediately and cancel remaining bookings this weekend

Were extremely sorry as we understand how much the kids love meeting their heroes. This wasn't a planned action as we have some bookings all the way up to Xmas

The company in due course will be taken over however superhero hire southwest LTD will cease trading immediately

We apologise for the inconvenience

Bookings will be refunded and returned to source ASAP
