I recently contacted Super Easy Storage to help in my move from Central Coast to Newcastle. I didn't want to have to unpack everything at the new address when I first moved, so asked for some storage until I got settled. I was given a discounted rate for the first 3 months and the whole process was easy and the customer service person was lovely and very accommodating.

Part way through my storage they increased the price by almost 50% - from $770 to $1070 - for the agreed time. The explanation of ‘increased costs’ is not acceptable for such a significant increase. They also charge you significantly more to redeliver your goods to your new address - they’re not very upfront about it, and when asked have no reason for this. I assume it’s just to get you in the door to milk you for as much as they can - this is supported by the significant increase.

The staff are helpful and communicative, and the removalists packed our belongings into the storage units with care and efficiency. They were also punctual and reliable. In the midst of an overseas move with 4 kids and 11 suitcases, having our household items removed and stored by Super Easy Storage was by far the Super Easy part!
