The shop had a good selection of clothing.

Nothing to bad just improvements maybe...
Found the shop quite restricting to move around dodging the stands and rails.. I feel this was a straight in and straight out job.!

Price hike
Came one month ago, prices very reasonable ( £30 ) for a hoodie. I went last week and the same hoodie was £40 but that included 20% off. Wont be coming again for a very long time

Customer Service is great
Customer Service is great, friendly and helpful staff but the shop layout is cramped and casual browsing constantly interrupted by other shoppers. Would have spent more money if felt less "rushed" tbh

Very helpful staff at Ashford Designer Outlet. Online website user friendly and returns process very straightforward in-store. Will purchase again.

Great clothes but awful customer …
Great clothes but awful customer Services from one of the staff. I believe her name was Liv (Olivia). After standing at the desk waiting to pay for an item, she walked up to the till, but gave no eye contact and then walked away completely ignoring us. She then went on to walk around the shop on her mobile phone completely ignoring every customer. The shops only saving grace was a lovely young man (Josh) who came and apologised, he also was kind enough to let us know about the offer on the jumper that we had picked. We headed off to find another Item to add to the deal. Whilst we we were looking the same female member of staff walked right passed us and then put our items we were buying back on the shelf ignoring the fact that we wanted them. She then managed to disappear and none of the staff could find her or our original item. Eventually she came back and found our item. She gave no apology. Feel very sorry for the other members of staff who are literally working twice as hard to carry her.
