Disappointing
I did not like the take it or leave it attitude when I asked for discount considering my many previous purchases, I was dismissed like my custom was not important, in the future I will continue my support of Ralph Lauren as there I’m treated like a loyal customer and they always give a little more👍 consider also that I purchase for my wife and kids too! So in the future I think I will give superdry a miss, which is actually a shame as my family and I like the quality of the brand

Nice shopping experience
Bought a lovely dress at a very good price point, the shop was well organised so very easy to browse, it was clean and tidy with polite helpful staff.

The staff were friendly
The staff were friendly and there was plenty items to catch the eye. I bought a coat from there and the sizing was great as being a tall person, the sizing is important also the fit. Will be going back for more items in the near future.
