Store was quiet on a wet Wednesday afternoon, I was left to browse, which I like, as the staff went about their business. Selected the lovely items I wanted and made my way to the cash desk. I was exchanging a hoodie which was too large and replacing with the items I had picked up in store. The lovely staff member behind the desk was cheery, chatty and helpful with ensuring new sizes I had selected were right fit. He made the return simple with getting what he needed from the original emailed receipt and made sure the balance left to pay was right. When he found out I was on my lunch break he hurried along to compete the sale, even offering to double bag my items due to the rain to make sure my purchase was safe in the paper carrier bag. Thank you young man, you are a credit to the store.
I love the quality of a super dry hoodie, well with the wee bit extra they cost compared to some other retailers. Can’t wait to wear them.

Stock of the item wasn’t out on the stock floor. The assistant brought multiple sizes for me to try and went back for more. She went above and beyond and was friendly throughout.

I found my perfect skinny black jeans and can't stop wearing them, perfect fit.
Usually skinny jeans are too tight around the hips but too loose at the waist, and they bunch up on the hips in an unflattering way. But with Superdry jeans, I’m really happy I found them

I like the range of jacket and t shirt design. However my experience of purchase in store not quite accommodating because the time of payment at tills, the systems crashed and sales assistant not able to complete my purchase. Since I still like to have the items jackets and t shirt, we have to come back the next day to pay and collect. The items have been kept for us with notes and record. Just a bit of hassle to come back to the store.

Went in for a jacket that wasn’t released yet so I’ll be back for that one but ended up buying a sweatshirt and shirt. Both excellent quality as usual with Superdry. Very helpful staff and being an older guy, you don’t always get that from clothes shops.

Great to have a store available like this as it is so much better. than shopping on line.
