Helpful staff, good stock levels

Store had lots of stock which meant I could try the two coats on I was looking at. The staff were super helpful & very friendly. Maybe my age...but the music in store was LOUD!! My family were shouting to be heard. Otherwise lovely store.

Great service

Great service! Store didn’t have colour I wanted but assistant was very helpful advising how to get it on line. Easy to order and fast delivery!

Be aware of nonrefundable items

Bought a lovely fleece jumper and a pair of trousers. When I attempted to return the trousers I was informed that due to them being "vintage" they are nonrefundable. I was not informed of this when I purchased them and am so disappointed that Superdry are taking this stance.
