Super easy returns policy and refunds processed in less than 3 days
The delivery of my product was on time but unfortunately didn’t fit me.However the return process was super easy. I took the item to my nearest store, no hassle at all, they keyed the item code into their system and I received a full refund within a day or two. That’s the quickest I’ve ever experienced.

Well made and fitting coat. Got it sent to the Bromley store as ordered it online. Comms were excellent throughout and staff in store were very helpful.

Prompt service
I was kept correctly informed with my click and collect. On arrival i was politely approached and seen to straight away. I was also given a free bag for my items... which is rare as in some stores of click and collect they have charged me.

We made an early entry to the Bromley…
We made an early entry to the Bromley Glades branch and wasn’t 100% sure on an item of clothing for a present. The staff were lovely and kind enough to hold onto this for what must’ve been 4 hours until we had made our minds up! Amazing customer service. Thank you 🙏

I ordered my product on line as my size…
I ordered my product on line as my size was not available at the local store so had to collect it at the store. The shop assistants were nice and helpful. All were good apart from the delivery was longer than expected.
