Excellent assistance helped me find and order the jeans I wanted for my husband. Very little stock in store and confusingly laid out so this young lady was an absolute godsend. Diligent and charming.

Really good combination of physical plus online
Really good shop in Brighton. I could see most of the clothes physically. Some weren't available there so I made an online purchase and then returned some of that to the shop. This was a convenient arrangement and the store attendant was helpful and efficient

Fantastic service, great choice, speedy delivery
After researching longline puffer coats online. I then visited my closest store on Sunday 29th December 2024 to try on my preferred options.
I spoke with Ana in the Brighton store. She was very knowledgeable, helpful and took her time to discuss my preferences with me. The coat I wished to purchase was not in stock in my preferred colour. After a simple ordering process at the till my new coat was ordered for free delivery to my home. Ana advised up to 7 days for delivery and my new coat arrived on new year's eve, just 48 hours after ordering! (For festive season / January sales time that's pretty impressive as my coat was dispatched later on Sunday 29th December!)
Fantastic service, superbly warm and high quality coat. Highly recommend Superdry!

Poor quality, Fabric has No cold insulation
Service was good and the long puffer looks good, however fabric has poor quality, for the price charged should have some cold insulation and better water resistance. Superdry should work on better their materials for cold weather.

I was wrongly advised from a staff…
I was wrongly advised from a staff member in your Brighton store that a specific jacket that my daughter wanted which was out of stock was replaced with another jacket but would be “exactly the same “ other than the colour of the badge. So I took this advice and ordered the recommended jacket, but it was actually different in design.( specifically the pockets at the front in different places).
I returned the jacket and was eventually pleased to see that the jacket my daughter really wanted came back in stock, which I ordered. The same, incorrect jacket arrived. I am not happy with the service I am getting and still have not been sent the right coat that my daughter really wants for Christmas.

First day it’s been cold enough to wear this coat today . And wow it is totally everything I expected .
It feels great and looks stylish and comfy. Totally recommend
The service at Brighton was fantastic, no hard sell just left me to try on as many items as I wanted and even kept items behind the counter while I shopped .
