Improved design and great service

Improved design and great service. I get the impression that Superdry has changed its design approach and the quality of the clothes has improved too.

I have bought a few things from the Brighton store over the past few weeks and the team there is great, friendly and professional.

Brilliant Brighton Store

This was mine and my daughter's first visit to the Brighton store and 1st visit to a store for a number of years as we don't have a store close to where we live. The store was very well stocked, spacious and all the staff were helpful, chatty and knowledgeable.

Amazing service

From the very helpful and friendly staff at the Brighton Store to the arrival of goods to my home a pleasure to shop and a seamless experience. Thank you

Lovely joggers

I ordered some joggers online and they fitted perfectly and were great but…..one leg was longer than the other!!!
Tock them back to my local store and the store assistant was very apologetic (even though it was not her fault at all) and was lovely. I got a replacement and they’re fab! So comfy and good superdry quality.

Great customer service

Great customer service
The member of staff in Superdry Brighton was exceptional.
She searched the store, then searched only to find the Jacket that I wanted to buy as a Christmas present.
She ordered ad it came as she had said it would.
Thank you for your help and Service.
