Great shop, great customer service. Thank you for being one of last shop on our highstreet.

I ordered an item on line as a Christmas present. I received an email from Superdry to say that the item was ready for collection. However when I got to the shop in Bournemouth to collect, the parcel could not be found. the staff gave me a number to ring. When I rang Superdry, I was told that the parcel was given to the wrong driver for delivery, therefore the item was returned to the depot and marked as a return. I wasted a lot of time, with a long journey to the shop and pay parking charges. I had to more time to look for another present for my son

Ordered my jacket online to collect from store. The staff let me exchange it for a smaller size. Got home and changed my mind again! No problem doing another exchange. The staff were very helpful and I am really pleased with the quality of my item. Thank you so much 👍😀

Nice beanie, lovely bright pink colour and seems very warm. Wool/alpaca might be a bit itchy for some. Bournemouth branch could not order in another beanie due to only ipad broken.

Today my friend and I visited Superdry In Bournemouth and came away very impressed with the service we had from Lizzie. She was very helpful, polite and professional. It was a very pleasant experience.

Good collections. Helpful staff. Convenient/ Prime location. Price good for quality and style.

The initial vast selection of clothes, style's, colours etc is overwhelming to start with but once you get your eyes on one thing the rest of the shop becomes easier...
The staff helped me out loads, one of the girls has been there awhile and she helped me buy my wife a coat 2 years ago. They're knowledgeable and honest. 10/10 💪🇬🇧

Not telling of offers until at til, neck line of t shirsts all jumbled was like a boot sale that costs a fotune!

Ordered a sale item online, which didn't fit. Took it to the Bournemouth store, staff were friendly and extremely helpful in getting a replacement ordered, which arrived sooner than expected.

Excellent customer service at the store, advised on sizing and ordered for home delivery my item. Arrived as stated and is perfect.

I came into the store in Bournemouth to see if you had a hoodie that I wanted to get for my dad’s birthday. When I couldn’t find it I asked the lady at the tills if you had any. She told me that unfortunately you didn’t have it in store but I could pay for it there and get it delivered so I did. The lady was really helpful and let me know the timeframe that the hoodie would arrive. It came within 4 days and it was neatly packaged and the exact size and pattern that I wanted.
