I went into the store to have a quick…

I went into the store to have a quick look, and found a dress which I absolutely fell in love with when I tried it on, but it was a size too small. An assistant whose name I didn’t catch checked if it was available a size up and then ordered it for me for home delivery. The dress is perfect, and the service was great!

Smooth transaction

I ordered jacket online for collection from the store. I had to return the jacket 2 times because of the size issue. I must say it happened without any friction. So helpful staff.
