Express Delivery - 22 days and still no item
Placed an order 30 March.
The order never arrived.
10th April, revived an email from SuperDry to inform me the parcel had been returned to the warehouse by the courier. They asked if I’d like them to try and deliver it again.
I replied yes, please send again and confirmed my address.
It’s now 21st April and still no sign of my 2 T-Shirts.
Seriously poor service.
I won’t be buying this brand again.

There doesn't seem to be any customer service in Australia
There doesn't seem to be any customer service phone number or working email address to direct your inquiries to in Australia. I have returned a pair of shorts I recently ordered so they can be exchanged for a lager size. I placed them in the satchel my order arrived in and also placed the return address sticker on the front but there was no instructions on who I was suppose to mail my item through. After speaking to a sales assistant at the Chermside store, we worked out to post it via Australia Post, but even then she wasn't 100% sure. My parcel was sent on the 10th April but I haven't heard anything since. So I don't even know if the Superdry location it was addressed to has even received it.
All in all, I'm experiencing very poor customer service as there is no setup.

I was disappointed when the down jacket arrived to find it was too big. Sent it back to returns a week ago for exchange of smaller size. However, still awaiting to receive my jacket

It is the second Superdry Hoody I have purchased in last month. They are such a good quality I had to get a second one.
Oh the second top I purchased on 12/04/19 & it arrived on 17/04/19 so fast and free delivery.

Annoying and complicated
I ordered a jacket which was small so I needed to get it replaced with a larger size.
I contacted Australian store and they asked me to contact UK store. The service is just a mess. I paid
18$ for the delivery which was supposed to be free in New Zealand and still having trouble getting any response from the people at UK.
This is my first experience with them and it's pretty bad. Now I also need to pay for sending the jacket back.
Very bad service and keeps getting worse.

great online experience, sizing incredibly inconsistent.
The online service is outstanding however there are a couple of issues. Firstly what appears online on some occasions cannot be purchased in store. There seems to be different stock. Secondly your sizing is ridiculous. I own a hoodie size M, a Tee size L and a jacket size XL. it makes it very difficult to buy online when there is such a disparity in sizing!
