2nd time been too Manukau super cheap auto with a honda civic and then a VW too change the headlights because it says they can do fitment so I'll take advantage of the service and both times they had excuses no for the honda n no too the vw for the VW he said apparently there is a d block so need to take it to the mechanics to fit it so I changed it myself Infront of him he was like oh what d block lol super cheap need too remove that part where they say they fit headlights and they also sold me a faulty motorbike battery so I redone the whole bike project too come back too the battery I know should of tested the battery before hand but when it's coming out of a brand new box that's the last thing I would test omg 0 stars

I was bought battery and they are interested just to spend lot of Money. When you add rego to looking for Battery is just wasting time -= this is banana quality store., I was bought Battery and they are NOT available to swap Battery. They are NOT interested to help - just interested to sell. Poor Staff quality.

I had some reward points to use up today so I went into the Wairau Road store this morning to pick up something. Of course, when I eventually found the isle it was meant to be in, the only missing item on the shelf was the the item I wanted. When I got home I checked their website and found (according to their site) this should have been in stock. I then found out that the reward points expired at midday (Not midnight - midday) so I lost out on the opportunity to even use the points at all. Useless.

Update: Two days later the last $5 of credit expired since I wasn't exactly in the mood to go shopping with SuperCheap. Thyey basically make you feel nice for a minute with a credit then swipe it out of your hands. Feels like I've been robbed basically.

Perfect example of once a business gets your money you become errelevant, absolutely zero service after that

AVOID AT ALL COSTS absolutely disgusted ! i already was suspect when the AP limit went to $99, but i gave them another chance. This evening at 8pm I wanted to see if my local store could get an in stock item. It is in PN not kapiti. I went onto webchat and I could not log a request without giving my phone number. absolutely appalling. there is NO CONTACT US on the website. this place has detoirated into a franchise hell. I would not buy from them.

Needed a battery for my daughter's swift Frank wasn't sure how to swap it out with Ben's assistance it was done in no time. We also needed a left hand headlight bulb replaced it was not easy to get into as battery box was in the way, Frank , Ben and myself including a passer by all tried but holder for bulb would not budge we also got young Kisnel??? Involved he had smaller hands still no go, Ben finally mastered it we called up for another bulb a small blooper from instore staff as they gave us a 24 volt bulb once put back together it didn't work however we got Bobby the Subaru man on the job and he picked the fault up we needed 12volt bulb he checked both sides all working put bzck together and all the same knows his stuff great team work to the boys at the Westgate branch 😉

I bought an air compressor from Supper Cheap (Hamilton) with a 2-year warranty. However, after only 10 months of use, the motor developed a significant crack. When I contacted Super Cheap, they refused to assist and asked me to deal directly with the supplier. However, the supplier refused to repair or replace "Super Cheap said".
