Easy order process, no problems with delivery and really nice sturdy seat, great quality

It was very difficult to return greenhouse and get a refund. As a result, they returned: £74.43 instead of £219.
All the parts have been returned, nothing is broken.
I am very disappointed.
Don't buy anything there.

The gazebo was delivered on time and was up two days later. It was so easy to put together and is well made.

Firstly, I would like to say that is a pleasure to deal with the company like Summer Garden Buildings. I spent a lot of time researching different gazebos and similar structures. I was a little bit apprehensive initially as the cost was substantially below others that I looked at.
However, it is well-designed, easy to construct, And looks good now it is completed. I wanted this to provide cover over my patio so that when we came out of our conservatory, we didn’t get wet. this necessitated raising the height of the legs bye 400 mm, so I built a couple of stone piers on which the leg sit. The flexibility of the angle of roof made life much easier. I was able to build this single-handed.
The package containing the gazebo was extremely well packaged and should’ve been impossible to damage. Had it been handled by the courier with care, However, they did manage to damage a couple of the rafter beams. I contacted Summer Garden Buildings, Spoke To a very pleasant lady, and had two new rafters delivered on my doorstep within two days.
That’s what I call good service.
No fault lies with Summer Garden Buildings for the initial delivery disappointment, I deal with the same courier in my business, and get a considerable number of damages.
However, as Summer Garden Buildings do Point out, it is very difficult for them to find delivery companies that will handle such large items, Otherwise I would recommend changing the courier.

UTTER DISGRACE. bought a bin store but upon building some of the parts fell off, the doors would not close and a lid was made from warped wood
Returned for refund as it was not fit for purpose
Have waited ONE month and they have deducted 20% of the refund for such things as not using the right tape to return the goods
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
I will be referring them to the Consumer Ombudsman as it is a disgrace

We bought a potting shed No29 from this company and we were very happy with the quality of the shed and the installation service.

Needed 4 bin stores, husband is impatient and will decide that he wants them so he can build a few days later.

These guys had really nice looking bin stores (if there is such a thing!!) and could deliver within 2 days!

Good quality product and a reasonable price. Impatient husband is happy, I’m happy because I don’t have to look at ugly bins anymore :-)

Please don’t use this company, the advice off other customers is correct. I very rarely leave reviews but I didn’t want anyone else ripped off how my dad has been, on his pension at 93 and they made all sorts of excuses about packaging for returning a greenhouse, it was sent back better packaged than when he received it. They said it takes them 2 weeks or more to inspect it, since then have totally ignored me. Don’t be fooled by the quick delivery and reasonable prices, the quality and instructions and packaging are of inferior quality, please pay more and get a product you can be happy with and enjoy off a reputable company. I’m hoping to get the credit card company to get money back, which is time consuming etc I’d advice anyone who has had the same experience to go to your card company or bank to recover the refund and this will hopefully stop them exploiting people in the future

I will definitely use this company again. I ordered a new bin shed and the quality was much better than one I ordered from another company about 5 years ago. After the new one from Summer Garden Buildings was being assembled by my friend, I noticed as I was getting all the parts out of the packaging that one of the front slats on the lid was split and one of the lid chains was broken. When fully assembled I decided before doing my own repairs to 'phone Summer Garden Buildings with the slim hope that they would send a replacement slat, chain and fixings. The girl I spoke to was very helpful and told me the email address to send photos to. Within one working day I had a response that they would mail me the parts by Royal Mail and within a week they arrived well packaged and are perfect.
In the next couple of years I will be buying a replacement shed and without shopping around online or otherwise, I will be using Summer Garden Buildings to purchase my shed. Thank you for supplying a good quality product at a fair price and for the wonderful after sales service.

This company is totally rubbish. Avoid them!!.
I bought a gazebo from them and only opened it but not touching anything inside. So, the product is completely new. I then requested them to arrange a return as I found I ordered wrong size.

I packed the parcel with everything they gave me in new condition. However, it took them 2 weeks to get back and saying they need to deduct 40% of value + collection fee, so only refund me about 50%. That makes no sense at all.

If you do not want spend your time with these clowns, avoid them

Delivered my 7x6 shed in 1box, the driver struggled to carry it to my door, I had to push it to my garden, why not deliver in 2 boxes ? On opening I found long scratches on 2 sides and 1roof panel. E-mailed the company twice with videos, to date no reply.The instructions were confusing all numbers and letters, no wording guidance in place, I had to watch a You Tube assembly video. Sliding doors are thin, bend/ dent easily. You need to wear gloves to stop the metal cutting fingers and hands but the tiny screw prevent you wearing them. On the plus side the metal shelving I ordered was easy to assemble and sturdy.

My delivery of the Gazebo 104-G went smoothly ,I was out at the time and the driver left it in the safe place I mentioned when I placed my order. We assembled it yesterday and it is great, it took two of us about 2 hours and although the print on the instructions was small ,we manged it. My only concern was the instruction regarding the fitting of side panel could be more informative .I am going to call them tomorrow just to check this out.
I have spoken to them previously regarding sorting delivery and found them very helpful and polite

only good thing I can say about buying a carport from this company is that it can on time. Installation was a nightmare and I'm good at DIY. After a good amount of hours getting it erected the main flaws are , there is no rubber seals at all for the roofing and panels can move easily , the guttering is poor and at almost a £1000 you do not even get the required down pipes. I do not recommend this company and definitely not the carports .

The product I purchased was very good quality and the customer service was excellent

You delivered when you said. But when my husband assembled it he cut his hand badly on the very flimsy top, now all the wooden legs and lower shelve is stained with his blood, it will be something to remind people who buy your shelve please be careful as the top covering is very sharp.

The metal shed is best described as something beginning with "C" and ending in "P" and comes out of the rear end of all animals. The metal is thin and resembles recycled foil milk bottle tops, razor sharp and without any rigidity. The instructions for assembly are just dreadful and unclear - even the "magnified" sketches are so poor as to be useless, this wouldn’t be so bad if it wasn’t for the fact that there are 526 pieces for assembly. To sum up, I’m angry that I wasted my money.

The product supplied, bin cupboard, would be ideal as wood to get a fire going. The fittings are so small and cheap, I threw them in the bin and brought others. The instructions to build the item were printed so tiny, I requested the Hubble telescope to zoom in so I could read them. A shoddy product, utterly overpriced.
