Did not want to spend thousands of pounds on a greenhouse as a may only grow a load of weeds so bought the cheapest I could find so ordered it on the Sunday and the greenhouse arrived at 9.30 Tuesday morning which was good as some of the more expensive ones were 4 to 6 weeks delivery. After delivery we opened the boxes and every thing was in bundles and tyed up with all the fittings and fixtures. There was few small extras that was ordered as well but was not in the nain box but arrived later with royal mail. It did need two people to put it together as my greenhouse was a 8x10 .we put down the base late one afternoon and started the following morning and by 3pm we had put it all together the instructions were good to follow which you must follow as some bolts need to be put in as you build it up but don't come aparant until the end. This is a very good greenhouse for the price

I'm adding another review as the company is still failing to honour my refund within the guarentee period, trying to fob me off on the garden designer who recommended the product. We paid a fortune for something in good faith and still they refuse to take responsibility for their faulty product. Do not buy from them.

Package arrived with no visible damage, upon opening the problems arose.
A number of items had either wood slats that had split and become detached or had staples which were not attaching the slats to a frame.The defective parts were repaired by myself by either glue or screws. This product is by no way worth the price paid, it is rubbish,

Took some time to build but happy with the results

Very poor instructions a piece of the floor had a knot on the pointed end fell out.supplied with about 20 wasps must have kept in storage in a barn i reckon.customer service very good delivery spot on a decent product would recommend but only after explaining the negatives i had.

Purchased a shed priced at £292 order and delivery confirmed then was called stating wrongly price said you can offer good will gesture as error on your behalf but instead in morning i get a refund notification on my email without having a thought or consideration for customer feelings or any gratitude towards customer for own mistake left very upset and disappointed and disheartened by there actions didn’t expect it from such a big company and i never leave reviews this must have had a big impact on me to do soooooooo

Great little greenhouse. Well priced. Supplier was excellent and gets five stars. Well packed so it did not get damaged and arrived efficiently. Manufacturer would only get three stars though. Instructions were rubbish. For the sake of an extra hour's investment in the instructions could save its customers many hours of time. It's just lazy.

The web site was easy to use, purchasing was simple and delivery was at the time stated.

Excellent service product delivered safely and within time frame.

Overall company rating of 3.5 is bad but generous for this company. Metal shed is such poor quality, so thin and leaves you will cuts from sharp edges. Hardly need to touch it to dent the metal. Takes forever to put up. Plus been waiting for a response for customer services having chased a few times. Avoid company and products at all costs. Do not waste your time and money.

Very good service and prompt attention. When something was missing from the original order they put the part in the post as soon as possible. Reasonable prices too.

Shocking customer service, cocky, arrogant and rude on the phone on both occasions speaking to them. Not to mention the product we bought (bin store) was flimsy, split in parts prior to assembly and with a bit of wind the full thing came apart, after paying over £300 and it only lasting 2 months I am massively disappointed with this company and product! Stay away

Fast delivery. Bought the single one to match the 3x one we already have as been issued a fourth bin. Very good product.

Good value for money. I painted mine before putting together! Looks great! And stopped blowing my bins away !

Bought a Growhouse from the company. Really poor quality for the price.. Doors don't align and will need sanding... Components misaligned with staples.. Probably cost around £25 to put together and retailed at over £200...Suggest you go somewhere else if you want a good quality product...

Flimsy and not like the picture. Expensive for what it is.

This company is a JOKE!!!
They advertise something being one size and when it arrives it's bigger than stated, when you have to return it they charge you 25% of the value of the shed.

My work bench is very good and was promptly delivered. Unfortunately there was a problem with one of the parts. I was contacted same day and a replacement part arrived quickly. Very good customer service. Thanks

Be wary of this company and their terms and conditions of sale and returns policy.
Growhouse
Don’t be fooled by the pictures on the website. This growhouse has been photographed to give the impression that it is a walk-in greenhouse. It is not. It is much smaller and you certainly cannot stand up in it.
The assembly instructions are poor with unintelligible dim grey diagrams that become fainter the more times they are photocopied and sent to buyers. There are no written instructions at all as to how to assemble the growhouse. We managed to build the side panels after 2 hours but then gave up as the diagrams were unintelligible. Beware that the side panels have to be taken apart to slide the windows in!!
Having concluded that the instructions were inadequate, we decided to return the goods. We made sure we repackaged all the parts sent to us, using the original packaging. Be careful when unpacking the goods ensuring you keep the original packaging in the best condition possible.
Beware of the harsh returns conditions the seller sends out. They are incredibly onerous and the seller will penalize you harshly if returns are not in what they claim is a saleable condition. This includes the outer cardboard box and plastic sheet packaging. It is impossible to keep the original packaging in the condition it was delivered if you don’t have the necessary packaging machinery. Who does? We used gaffer tape to seal the package and of course we had no machine that would add a plastic sheet outer covering.
When we returned the goods, all the parts were in a perfectly saleable condition, the only imperfections being slight scratchings around the screw holes but nothing that would prevent all the parts being resold.
The seller initially charged us £72 for the very minor imperfections and for a cardboard box and outer plastic sheet wrapping. Remember that the whole growhouse cost £179. The deduction was later reduced by £35 as a gesture of goodwill (!)
The seller’s return conditions required us to pay £92 postage to return the goods (the growhouse cost £179 INCLUDING DELIVERY). We used Parcelforce instead who still charged £64. Had we bought this growhouse via Amazon, we could have returned the goods for free and buying from the seller direct, we saved the seller having to pay any fee to Amazon. We were given no credit for this.
Customer Service was poor when informed of our difficulties, telling us they had sold thousands of these with no problems. Very difficult to believe. If you find DIY easy and have all necessary sizes of spanners etc and can intuit vague diagrams with no written instructions, then go ahead. However, do not even consider buying direct from the manufacturer. Go via Amazon and ensure you get free returns with no return delivery costs. After our initial complaint, we asked for more explicit instructions and the seller referred us to emailed instructions which had been sent to other buyers prior to us placing our order. Therefore we could not have received them as we were not yet customers. We were disappointed at the product and the seller.
The growhouse cost £179. Cost to return was £64 and the seller charged us £37 for not returning the goods in exactly the same condition in which they were sent to us. So it cost us £101 to return goods which were impossible to assemble and which were perfectly resaleable. The sellers’ terms and conditions even asked “Would you accept the goods being returned if you received them in the condition they were returned?" YES WE WOULD, WE REPLY!!

The company tried to be helpful but the item we bought took days to put together and was extremely difficult (instructions were very poor). Also the parts were inferior ie the magnets on the doors didn’t keep them shut even in a breeze and the doors didn’t align. The company were contacted regarding this but failed to recognise what we were saying. The item was expensive so we expected a better quality structure with easy to understand instructions which wasn’t the case. Just hoping the growhouse will give us a few years of use - it has a 5 year guarantee - I think we will be lucky if it lasts over the winter. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!! Update on reply below - how can you explain issues through photos when my husband kept telling them the instructions were very poor. Yes we did see that a hook and eye could be used but that wasn’t provided and it would have been difficult screwing to the frame. Again the company doesn’t listen to the customer - although we now have our grow house in place we feel sorry for anyone else that buys this and experiences the same issues we have had.
