After purchasing online for many years I decided to go and have a butchers in the shop,Love it how some things never change,same shop front i remember from back in the late 80’s…The decor inside May of changed but still got that welcoming feel with helpful,friendly staff on hand when needed..No pushing just how it should be😮‍💨Well £350 later not much had changed with a great selection of clobber and trotters on display how could you not…A great experience and didn’t feel threatened on the way out with my bags in hand as there were no “Taxers” to be seen on the pav 😉I will return 🤝

I’ve used Stuart’s for a long time now. Deliveries always on time and on the one occasion there was an issue it was sorted very quickly. Great service all round

I’ve been shopping at this independent store (they’re sadly a dying breed) for years, as its roster of brands is spot on and the customer service has always been accommodating and helpful.

One of the only decent menswear retailers left in the country. Amazing selection, always sizes available. Part of British subculture 👌🏼

Beware; if you return an item, they won't refund the whole sum.
Cheap. Disappointing.

I had a fanstatic shopping experience at Staurts London that provided expectional customer service and lightning fast delivery!! The staff was friendly and helpful, and my package arrived promptly and in perfect condition. Althoe there was a postage fee, I considered it as if i were spending on transportation to a physical store. Overall, i highly recommend Stuarts London for their outstanding service and efficient delivery.

The customer service from Rachel and her team was excellent and I would have no hesitation in using this company again.

Just beware. They charge you £4 to return any goods you don’t want (for original postage) as well as having to pay for return postage as well. A complete joke which they don’t make clear when you purchase from them. Paying for returns - ok fine - but paying for original postage as well? Not on. It’s basically cost me £10 for the ‘privilege’ or trying something on that didn’t fit. Customer services pretty rude and unhelpful as well.

I ordered a couple of Barbour shorts from their online store as they were sold out almost everywhere and on a good discount here. My order was delivered on time and the products were brand new and genuine as expected. I would order from this store again.

Ordered a Barbour jacked. They checked and it turns out their stock record was wrong and they couldn’t find it. Waste of time and I haven’t received refund yet.

Bought a pair of Birkenstocks and they arrived next day as paid for and they’re perfect! Great price and service so would definitely use again,

Complaining is GOOD
I’m irate. As others have said they deduct a postage fee from a refund. I paid for the return postage.
They don’t understand the consumer contract regulations!!!!
I feel ripped off and it’s not even for a huge amount. In fact it was only £3.95. I have emailed them so will wait and see what they say. They don’t respond on here anyway.
Will end up at my bank for reimbursement I’m sure. And yes I will go to my bank for £3.95 as I hate being ripped off!
Reading reviews on here it seems they do this a lot! Maybe they do this and get away with it!

Quick delivery and returns processed within 24 hours of returning the items. Simple and easy to use, will buy again.

People are quick to complain but seldom as quick to commend. I have been a Stuarts customer for many years and for the very first time, recently, had an issue with a return - no problem at all, these things happen and it was my fault. But I have to say that, having called and spoke to Rai, the response and service was next level - everything was sorted within 24 hours and, frankly, I could not have been more impressed or happy. Give the boy a pay rise!

Rarely does one encounter customer service as exemplary as this. Rai has been nothing but a gift throughout — his patience and understanding has made a lifetime customer out of me!

Order a jumper , which arrived super fast unfortunately it didn't fit so contacted company about an exchange, this was dealt with extremely quick and recieved the exchange in a couple of days . Great company to deal with and will definitely be using again. Dean .

Tried to order jeans, got to the payment stage and was told all of a sudden they were now out of stock. Could've bought them elsewhere before and they are now out of stock on other sites! Thanks a bunch

I odered an item in mid December for delivery to Australia . It’s now the end of January I still Haven’t received the item . I was told in early jan that there was a problem with Royal mail and if they hadn’t found my package within 7 days I would receive a full refund . Currently I am not getting any response to any sent emails .
What a joke !!!
