Great at Customer Sevice from Adeel.

I originally booked my vehicle in on 29/07 and was advised that the work would take no more than 3–4 hour. However, I didn’t receive my vehicle back until 9 hours later. When it was returned, the wheel locking nit was missing. I was then informed that an additional part needed to be ordered, and the vehicle was rebooked for 06/08.

On 06/08, I again dropped my vehicle off at 8:30am, but it wasn’t returned to me until 3:00pm. Despite being with you for most of the day, the vehicle was not washed or vacuumed and was returned to me in a messy condition.

Overall, I am very disappointed with both the level of service and the time taken on both occasions. I expected much better communication and greater care to be taken with my vehicle.

I was kept updated and sent a health check video. The service and MOT were carried out very quickly and ready well within the time frame.

Communication was good, always respectful & listened to my comments.

When I collected the car from the dealership, there were warning lights on the dashboard.

I questioned this before leaving, and was told that the battery just needed to charge as I was driving home.

I didn't make it home, and the car broke down, and after paying £140 for vehicle recovery, my local mechanic had to replace the charge alternator

I had an excellent experience with Mercedes-Benz Of Leeds.

Service Advisors Adeel and Amy were outstanding from the initial booking through to vehicle collection. The communication was clear and professional throughout.

The vehicle was booked in for recall campaigns: 22P5499014, 25P3594021, 19P5499306, which included NOx sensor replacement, ECU software updates, and cavity preservation on the rear axle carrier. In addition, a brake fluid change was carried out.

A full vehicle Health Check was also completed, which was very helpful. The team confirmed the car is in excellent condition.

All work was completed to a high standard. I received full paperwork detailing the work carried out, and everything was correctly uploaded to the Mercedes Digital Service History with printouts provided.

Thank you to Adeel, Amy, the Vehicle Technician and the whole team for a thorough and professional service. I would highly recommend Mercedes-Benz Of Leeds.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the quality of the service we received following the recent repair of my wife’s Mercedes.

We brought the car to your dealership because several warning lights were displayed, including the engine management light, ABS and ESP warnings. We appreciated the detailed inspection report you provided and approved all of the recommended repairs and associated costs, including the replacement of the wheel bearing, rotational speed sensor, tyre and wipers.

However, after collecting the car yesterday and paying the full invoice, we experienced several issues that are simply unacceptable.

Firstly, on the drive home my wife noticed that the newly fitted tyre was significantly underinflated. I had to stop and spend around 15 minutes inflating it before it was safe to continue driving. We also discovered that the tyre valve cap was missing. It is concerning that such basic safety checks appear not to have been carried out before the vehicle was returned to us.

Secondly, later that day we found that the windscreen wipers are not functioning correctly. They only operate when the vehicle is moving, making them unreliable and potentially dangerous in wet weather.

Finally, the vehicle is now constantly displaying a warning that the boot is open, even when it is fully closed. This issue was not present before the car was serviced.

We entrusted our vehicle to Mercedes expecting a high standard of workmanship and quality control. Instead, we collected a car with multiple new faults, including issues that affect its safety and usability. This has caused us significant inconvenience and has seriously undermined our confidence in the service we received.

I would appreciate a call from the Service Manager as soon as possible to discuss:

* Why the vehicle was released with an underinflated tyre and missing valve cap.
* Why the wipers are now malfunctioning.
* Why the boot open warning has appeared following the repair.
* How Mercedes intends to resolve these issues promptly.
