Appalling service.
Absolutely appalling service by the service representatives. Staff don’t return phone calls. Car was ready on Friday, but due to staff not acting etc, didn’t pick the vehicle up until Tuesday. Car had gone in on Thursday for a simple puncture. Invoice provided no detail for insurance company. Phoned and left messages and emailed staff who did not return calls or reply to emails. Still waiting for someone to come back to me to make a formal complaint.

The staff were very professional, courteous and kind. I was kept informed at every stage as to the cars progress and the work was completed quicker than I expected. It was an excellent experience.

Very helpful staff on phone and in person.
Was kept updated on progress of work being done.
Disappointed that they no longer do there pickup service, from home to garage have used this service for over ten years made service day less stressful.
Hope you bring it back even for a small charge.

Not a great service
Car went in for service and MOT (booked many weeks in advance) and the garage forgot to do MOT. MOT was due to expire within the next two days so had to spend so much extra time running around to get done.

A45S service and recall
Had my car in for a service and recall work. Claire was very helpful and communicated all work carried out, even sorted my issues pairing my app to the car and organised a courtesy car due to the recall work requiring my car all day. Would highly recommend and will happily use again.
