Very helpful service team that took the time to do a test drive with me to try and locate an intermittent rattle in the roof lining.

My GT car was due routine service with no serious concerns although I had noted some subtle variation in drive, gear changes and cabin sounds.
Mike Pinkerton in service logged all the details and during service a minor issue with gearbox was picked up. After discussion with porsche warranty dept/ Germany, the decision was taken to replace the gearbox, under warranty (porsche approved warranty).
Prior to car going back for this work, Mike arranged a road test with gold/ master porsche tech 'Ian', who again listened to my concerns before drive.
Warranty work and further checks were carried out to see if any other causes possible. I was then asked to come for another road test with Ian before collection. I was relieved that the drive, gear shifts and cabin sound issue had been resolved - happy bunny!😊
(Nb. It wasn't just gearbox replacement that solved the concerns, also tyre pressures & lack of e-brake use etc).
To conclude, it was reassuring to get some personalised main dealer service from Mike (and also technician Ian) at Porsche Stockport. Well done and keep it up! 👏👍

Superb knowledge and level of service

I’ve just bought a new car from Porsche Stockport and I can honestly say I’ve never had such a good experience with a sales guy James king sold me the car and he was brilliant so nice, no pressure, I told him what I was looking for and he found me exactly that, lovely guy very informative never rushed me and was so kind and thoughtful. I picked the car up yesterday and I’m over the moon thank you James and not forgetting the girls in reception especially the lovely Sue xx

Georgia was great and I was happy to get my car serviced and audio fixed. The experience could of been improved with the following:

My car was not cleaned after my service and the mileage was incorrect on the service invoice. Mike did mention when it came back in that it would be cleaned properly and they were sorry they couldn't get around to it.

After my second visit due to water ingress and damage to my amplifier. My car was washed outside but covered in bird droppings by the time I could collect it. The inside was not cleaned again. Also this repair took around 2 weeks and a loan car would of been really helpful.

I hope this feedback helps create a better experience in the future.

I recently took my car in for a service, which also included investigating an issue with the rear camera washer.

While the technical issue is still being looked into, I would like to recognise Michael for the way he handled my case. He was professional, responsive, and kept me informed throughout the process. He followed up when promised, answered my questions patiently, and made sure I understood what was happening at each stage.
