Exceeding the normal expectations.......
While the service to the vehicle was as good as you would expect from a Porsche dealership, what raised it a step higher was the excellent, professional and friendly attitude I encountered with each person I spoke to.
Special thanks go to Michaela, who, along with her colleagues at the front desk, kept me comfortable and updated throughout my wait.
If only all companies were as easy to deal with!
