I was served very quickly.

Service was excellent overall and I am happy with the work carried out. The team clearly take pride in what they do.

My only minor observation is that communication could be a touch more responsive. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable, but replies were occasionally slow. A small point in an otherwise 5‑star experience.

After months of frustration with an intermittent PDK fault on my Panamera GTS, numerous repairs, conflicting diagnoses and significant expense elsewhere, I finally took the car to Porsche.

From the moment I spoke to Tim Cogger, the Workshop Controller, I felt I was in safe hands. Tim took the time to listen, kept me informed throughout and, together with his technicians, approached the problem methodically and professionally.

Rather than guessing or recommending major components, they carried out detailed diagnostics, identified the root cause and resolved the issue. The car now drives better than it has in a very long time.

The technical expertise was outstanding, but what really stood out was the personal service, communication and genuine desire to help. A huge thank you to Tim and the technicians for restoring my confidence in both the car and the Porsche brand.

Catalogue of faults on a £100k+ vehicle that needed a complete PCM replacement after two years of reporting faults (computer that controls most systems).
Currently no effective Porsche Sat nav that provides essential range planning, infotainment system cuts out / buffers and periodic failure of all digital screens and dashboard is an ongoing issue. Branch advice that they are awaiting a Porsche software update but have no timescales is, I’m sure, true but doesn’t deal with the problems being experienced. GREAT car when it’s working but sadly there’s been too many issues. Satisfied - most definitely not.
Update:
Standard boilerplate reply after several months to a negative review that doesn’t acknowledge all previous communications of which there has been many and demonstrates their lack of regard for proper customer service. Perhaps a more constructive approach would be be provide an accurate and bespoke reply to the poorly served and unhappy customers rather than fob them off with a ‘cut and paste’ reply instead of (or maybe as well as) providing individual replies to already happy customers- which should be everyone when your selling them a Porsche! A formal complaint has unfortunately been lodged with the Motor Ombudsman. First world problems of course but doesn’t change the basic principles.

exceptional service and the reassurance of genuine parts and warranty - wouldn't consider anything less with my car. 10 years of using the Porsche dealership in Cambridge and always been exceptional - Staff on the service could not be more helpful - one fells like part of the family..

Happy to do the work I was paying for (interim oil service) but the whole reason it was booked in; to replace a microswitch in the drivers door, wasn't investigated fully and not dealt with. With no proper service desk you can actually walk up to, you end up sitting in the front (albeit nice coffee & biscuits) but it takes 30mins+ to just collect your car. I don't have that time to waste on such a simple process.
