Stratstone - MINI Doncaster Recensioni

Some minor maintenance required on on my mini, Stratstone were very helpful, carried out the repairs and were very efficient. Customer service was very good. Much better service than previous dealers I have had to deal with.

I received a very professional service from all the staff at Doncaster. They couldn’t do enough for me! Highly recommend Doncaster branch

Absolute shambles, no idea my car was booked in when I turned up, never came back to me when I tried to authorise £600 worth of work then told I couldn’t have my car back because of their delay. Picked my car up the day after for my key not working, they only changes Tyres and MOT’d it! Load more but can’t be bothered to write it. Absolute joke!

I was looked after by Bethany Scott, she was very attentive throughout the whole process, she kept me informed when the car was going to be late, always responded to my emails when I had questions. I will certainly be recommending her to my friends and family.
Im very grateful for all the help!

Great service. Picked up my new mini convertible and was treated like a VIP.

A very good and quality service from a Tier 1 customer sales team....the way a buying experience should be....thanks :)

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish . Beth was so helpful and went above and beyond when needed

Travelled from Nottingham due to poor service at our local Mini dealership.

Was told the 2021 elec mini was in top condition. I paid and drove the 100 miles to collect. The car had several scratches and I was told Stratstone would sort it locally for me. I was contacted a few days later and told they would not be able to as they have no Stratstone near me. I agreed on a £250 payment 3-5 days later to get the work done myself even though this was under market price to what it would take to repair whereby I could also get a courtesy car . 2 weeks later and no contact and no £250. So I asked them to collect it. They told me I owed them money ? Then they offered me £100 I told them to collect it , repair it and return it I said . But the car needs charge ? trailer it then I said ! I also need a courtesy car I said ?

I drove 100 miles there and 100 miles back having been told the car was in top condition. Then told they would sort it ....still waiting .....?

First class service, true professionalism shown throughout. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Now on my third mini, although this is my first from this dealer as they are 3 hrs away from me, worlds apart from my previous experience of local dealerships to me. Well worth the travel to collect.

Very good customer service.

Staff friendly and helpful always

Brilliant service and an amazing car. Looking forward to get trips ahead.

Great service, very smooth and hassle free transactions. Friendly staff who go above and beyond to cater for your needs. Would recommended this dealer.

The easiest transaction I have had with a dealership. Kind, helpful and professional and would recommend to anyone looking for a new car. Bethany went above and beyond and couldn't do enough to help and make it as smooth as possible.
Thanks for the drinks - the boys were very appreciative !!! :)
5 STARS !!!!!!!!

I went in this weekend to get a bit more information on the Mini Electric & I cannot fault the service I received.
Staff weren’t at all pushy & were available for me to ask all the questions I needed.

Bought my new Mink from here at the weekend. Excellent dealership who worked hard to get the right offer on the table and were pleasant/easy to deal with during the handover.

Only take your car back here if you really really have to. Find an independent mini BMW specialist to do the work
