All the staff at Stratstone Mini Doncaster have been amazing. From the day we walked through the showroom door to leaving with an Electric Mini Shawdow Edition and everything in-between. So supportive and 1st class communication during the very short wait from order to delivery. Brilliant dealership. Special thanks to Emma Wilson who stayed back after closing to complete the handover. Thanks everyone

Thought I would dip my toe into the world of electric cars so ordered electric mini end of January, delivered end of April, 3 month wait wasn’t bad considering how long some cars are taking to be delivered currently. The Stratstone dealership in Doncaster kept me updated all the way. Fab car, really nippy, and stylish, the interior is outstanding, I’ve had a lot more expensive cars over the years, but the interior of the mini is by far the best. The car is cheap to insure, no road tax, and a tenner a week to charge .

From start to finish the experience has been pleasurable. Bethany Scott at the Doncaster showroom has been so helpful throughout and kept me fully up to date throughout. On new car day she made the whole experience very special and made sure I full understood the car and functions throughout. Well what can I say , fantastic customer service to say the least . Bethany Scott guided my wife and i through the purchase of a new mini with amazing ease and made us feel like we were the only customer she has ever had with such a high level of service. We have purchased quite a few minis and we will only ever purchase from stratstone Doncaster . A special mention to Laura straw the dealer lead who managed to secure a wonderful deal for us both . Bethany and Josh were both fantastically helpful. We arranged the sale over the phone with Bethany who addressed all of our concerns and was very positive. She also took care to follow up our enquiry both before and after delivery. Our face-to-face contact at the point of sale was with Josh who has a very customer friendly approach. We came away with the feeling that our customer satisfaction really did matter to him and we both felt very positive and enjoyed the viewing experiance. In fact, a few days later the the contractor from the delivery company made the unprompted comment "what a nice chap that Josh is, I haven't met him before"

Disgraceful service from stratstone. Once they have your money they wash their hands of you.
I’ve basically been sold a car missing spec I asked for! Only to be told I never asked and only after taking car mentioned it! I mentioned it before I drive away and was told to come see the service department 5 days later who will fix
Sadly spec not their snd they won’t take car back but will buy bank at £2750 less after 2 weeks.

Excellent throughout, from the lady at the desk through to the service itself and my car came back cleaned which is always a bonus but not something that always happens at other dealers
