My first experience with Stratstone Mini Doncaster was wonderful. Bradley was so great at keeping me updated and informed on the progress of my car from the moment I found what I was looking for, to the day of pick up! His kindness, attentiveness and patience made my experience so easy and joyful.

Thanks to Emily on reception and kev in parts a big big thank you never had a clue on parts number on my wife’s 17 year old mini one convertible kev sorted everything out and parts were a great price picked the last of them up this morning great people a credit to mini again a big thank you 🤩 Doncaster branch

I was extremely impressed with the responsiveness from Staci Barnes. Whenever I had a question or concern, she was quick to get back to me with helpful information. Firstly let me say Becky on service desk was amazing she is a credit to you but the mechanics let you down. So I brought my car last week for service and mot including washing my car which didn’t happen. The price I was quoted through bookmygarage.com couldn’t be honoured which was very strange but having no choice I agreed, my car failed the mot and Becky was kind enough to arrange a loan car for
me, she was brilliant and even accommodated the fact my son’s wheelchair. My car was left and was told it would be ready Tuesday but amazing it was ready Monday, my car needed a new tire and spring. I was told my car would be tracked but only the one side was and my was pulling to the right. I did ring Becky and she said I could bring the car back but I would be charged for tracking. So I have decided against that. I will go to a different garage. I have brought my cars there for a few years but I won’t be back. Apart from Becky I didn’t feel I got good service and I’m not convinced my car got what was needed. I am so disappointed as previous years it’s been better. My car was dirty even though was offered it washing. Becky did offer to get them to wash it but I didn’t have time to wait when I came to pick the car up, after all they had it since Saturday. Anyway like I
Say I won’t be back. The fact I had to chase the confirmation of the booking and the price wasn’t honoured didn’t sit well with me…

Collected my new Countryman last week and loving it! My third mini after enjoying my 2 previous convertables, and the adverse weather since has been the best test on comfort and performance! A huge thanks to Jake, who has given us excellent professional, personal service from the start, going beyond expectations when…through no fault of his or the dealership…my order was cancelled near to the expected delivery date. He searched the country to provide me with a car with the same spec and available to me before even the original order was expected. ….a star! 🤩 The whole team at Stratstone Doncaster worked together to provide a most professional, comfortable service and experience you can trust. We purchased a warranted used mini convertible from Stratstone mini at Doncaster and was helped throughout by Jake Gibson .He was fantastic and assisted us when we were trying to decide which Mini we wanted by test driving the vehicles on the day . I apologise for making him late for his deliveroo which I,m sure would have required time in the microwave prior to eating. well done Jake and thanks !

I have bought 3 Minis from Stratton over the last 10 years, despite living 'down south!' I come back every time because I can guarantee that I will feel valued as a customer and will always receive first class treatment. I cannot fault their attitude and service...nothing is too much trouble. Beth in particular has been an absolute star and I will miss her...but I am sure that whoever her replacement is will do an excellent job. I've just spoken to Staci today and she too has been brilliant!I honestly cannot praise them enough...thank you Stratstone MINI!

Didn’t buy a car in the end, the last week June, first week in July didn’t materialise and found a car somewhere else, very apologetic said out of their hands but sadly in sales over promising and under delivery isn’t a good look, a bit old fashioned sales, Courtney very pleasant tho, and an easy transaction…shame they couldn’t come through…

Jake was really helpful with a friendly approach. We didn't feel rushed or under pressure, but he took the time to explain about the vehicles, answer our questions and help us to find the right vehicle.

Really pleased with my recent experience at this dealership. Jake really looked after me, and I’m truly grateful for all his advice. Also wanted to praise Laura and Staci as they also supported throughout my process!

I was looking to buy my first mini. I went in on a busy Sunday and the team were just amazing!! So down to earth and just really lovely people. The after sales service has been just amazing too. Staci has helped me to personalise my mini. Nothing is too much trouble. I absolutely love my mini more than any other car I’ve had. And I will definitely stick to Mini Doncaster for all my mini needs

Well, went back to see Courtney sooner than expected, again fantastic service bought a Mini Cooper S Clubman Shadow Edition, presentation on collection was superb. We have just purchased a mini John Works. The service was excellent. Our sales person Courtney gave 100% and more. Friendly atmosphere, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. The choice of cars is exceptional and prices are very reasonable. I recommend Doncaster Stratstone Mini to anyone who is searching for their next car.

Although I didn’t purchase a car from mini Doncaster in the end, the service provided from Jake was second to none. He went above and beyond to try and source the right vehicle and deal for me. He kept me up to date throughout the process. I would go back there again next time as my first port of call without a doubt.
