The way I was treated when I went to pick up my car. I was just handed my car keys and basically told to find my car. Not taken to the car to make sure it was to my satisfaction.

Poor service

Pleasant, friendly. Kept up to date and no jargon, full explanation of work done

Every aspect was easy and relaxed from start to finish

Gave options for service date, everything was in time and updated emails genuinely appreciated and car returned washed and valeted

Just wanted to write about an amazing experience we had recently in Mercedes Benz branch in Ayr. Although we didn’t purchase the car with them (decided to go for a different brand) we have received an amazing customer service from the moment we entered the venue and followed with catch ups afterwards. Big shoutout to Chloe that was our sales executive. Would fully recommend the branch!

Professional and courteous. Car cleaned and valeted. Great experience except that the car needed an MOT which I thought would have flagged up on the system.

Our Mercedes was booked for a Summer Health Check with Mercedes-Benz of Ayr earlier this week,

On arrival we were met by Courtney who is a lovely young lady, and who welcomed us with a smile.
She was so pleasant and welcoming but also really knowledgeable.

My husband had a few questions and thought she would have to check with the actual workshop however Courtney was able to answer all his questions there and then.

She said she would contact us when the car was ready or if she needed our approval to proceed with any required work.

We received a video by text message and by email from the Workshop showing the salient points of the Summer Health Check being carried out along with listing confirming all their findings. We think this is a really lovely touch.

Courtney contacted us a few hours later to say the car was ready, and no additional work was required.

We intended to collect the car the following day and she assured us this was fine, and that 'Katie' (I've named every car I've ever owned) would be perfectly safe with them until the following day

On collecting the car we found it had been cleaned inside and outside to perfection and Katie was as pretty as a picture:)
I cannot stress strongly enough what a great service we always receive from Mercedez-Benz of Ayr and Courtney is the perfect young lady to welcome us.

I was disappointed with my experience at Stratstone Mercedes Ayr. I felt I was treated differently because my Mercedes Approved Used vehicle had been purchased through another Mercedes retailer.

During the diagnostic process, the charging flap was broken off rather than the emergency mechanical release being used. A fault that had been intermittent became completely inoperable, and my car was returned with the charging flap held shut using masking tape.

As Stratstone were unwilling or unable to provide further support, I had to travel to Mercedes-Benz Perth shortly after major bilateral hip replacement surgery, where Arnold Clark were able to secure significant financial support towards the repair.

I expect the same standard of service from every Mercedes-Benz retailer. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.
