I had dealings with Frank, Peter and Anthony. They were all extremely courteous and helpful in going through the process of buying the car and explaining all of the controls. I would like to add that Anthony is a credit to the company.

Can I say what an amazing car this is. I would also like to thank Chris Cooper and Peter for their professionalism in helping us have a smooth transition to this new car, they both took their time to explain all the new gadgets that we’re not used to and all the different features of this car which has made life much easier for us.

I recommend anybody buying a car from Land Rover in Mayfair to ask if it’s possible to get Chris or Peter to go over the features with them.

We took delivery of our new Range Rover at Stratstone. Mahmood took us through all the paperwork and explained everything clearly. He was very attentive and professional.

Anthony then spent over an hour in the car with us, showing us controls, features and setting us up with the app and answering our questions. He was very patient and sweet and made sure we were happy with everything before moving on.

There was a slight technical issue with the app but Clive fixed everything quickly and efficiently.

Overall we left feeling like valued customers and had a very positive experience. Great staff, great service.

Peter Singh is thorough, patient and calm. To get this level of care, service and professionalism is very rare thanks Pete for your help.

I've already written a review at the time of the sale to me of my car. Stratstone were very good, and Peter Singh (who delivered thee car to me), continued to be on call at almost all times of day and night while we tried to unravel why the car wouldn't move. We finally discovered it was because of the immobiliser insisted upon by my insurers Chubb, in spite of the perfectly good immobiliser in the Landrover provided by Metatrak. I finally persuaded the suppliers of the unwanted immobiliser, Global Telemetrics, to disable it, though I still have to pay for their tracking system. It wasn't within Peter's remit to help on this confusing matter which was all down to the rogue immobiliser, but he was by my side throughout and guided me expertly to get to the bottom of this nuisance of a problem. I couldn't commend him highly enough

Delivery man Anthony was very thorough when delivering the vehicle and going through the functionality and Chris was super helpful, as always.
