Go in for an MOT and update on computer , end up without a car for three weeks, service a joke, trying to get through on the phone a complete joke. No idea his this place is still running

Friendly and professional Staff and overall a great service

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Tottenham Land Rover, and I am compelled to share my outstanding experience. From the moment I stepped through the doors, the entire team exhibited a level of professionalism and courtesy that truly stood out. The customer service was outstanding. I could not praise Sarah enough for her professionalism in rectifying my problems with outmost efficiency. All staff I encountered at the service centre were friendly, professional, helpful especially Sarah, to whom I was allocated and was amazing all round. I would definitely recommend Stratstone – Tottenham. Oh free cleaning services with all visits

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received following the recent MOT and brake repairs carried out on my vehicle at Stratstone Land Rover Tottenham.

The work was completed on 27-September, and while I appreciate the promptness of the repairs, I was very disappointed to discover that my car was returned to me with dirt/grease marks inside the vehicle. This will be near impossible, if not damaging to the materials to remove.

Given the considerable amount I paid for the full service (on 12-13-Sept), MOT and rear brake pad & disc replacements, I expected my car to be returned in a clean and presentable condition. Instead, I found dirt/grease stains, which suggests a lack of care and attention when handling my vehicle. This is not the level of service I would expect from a reputable dealership, particularly considering the premium prices charged. Surely, you would be displeased too if this was your vehicle.

Unfortunately, on both occasions I have used the service centre I have faced issues. When the full service was completed on 12 & 13-September, there were issues with collection whereby the collection driver was sent to the wrong address, despite this being confirmed the evening before. On the day I was unable to contact anyone at the service centre when calling repeatedly. I appreciate your team may have been understaffed, but on the numerous occasions I had called, the phone was simply left to ring. I had to result to convoluted ways in order to get to speak to someone to get an update.

I have never experienced this when I have used Group 1 Jaguar Watford in the past, and based on this experience, I may not consider using Stratstone Land Rover Tottenham again the future.

I emailed and spoke with the centre regarding my concerns but have not received a response in the past 2 days. Overall, it has left me questioning the overall quality of service I received.

Great service

Being a big service agent they have to vastly improve their attitude and service to customers. More training required for certain staff and to communicate effectively with customers.

The booking was a debacle.

Feedback on issues was untrue. Issue with a wheel due to a previous puncture, despite the issue having been there since the car was brand new and the puncture was a different wheel.

Cars come back damaged and no responsibility taken.

No documentation sent to confirm the service was even done.

No promised calls back have taken place.

Just awful.

From booking in to collection, Oz was extremely efficient and most helpful in explaining the process and keeping me informed about issues and solutions for my vehicle.

Great experience. Very high quality service. Very friendly people at the service centre. A detailed report about my car submitted to me with explanation.

My vehicle had serious issues and due to the fact that the parts needed were unavailable my car spent over 10 weeks with Stratstone Tottenham. During this time we spent several occasions trying to speak to our contact in service who was always busy at lunch or unavailable, obviously most occasions call never returned. When my vehicle was eventually returned it had several scratches on the paintwork which were not there when the car was delivered to them. I reported this immediately and sent photos. I was told they would investigate 10 days later I have not heard from anyone at stratstone. Sadly we had used Stratstone in the past and were happy, which is why we used them again. However their customer service is appalling and I would not only never use them but never recommend them.

Our contact Sarah DH is incredibly efficient and responsive.
She is always willing to go above and beyond.

Member of staff are professional, very honest, good service, good communication, they keep you informed. The job was done in a good time record, I was very pleased and impressed with the level of skills and customer service, Highly recommended 10/10

Very helpful thank you. The receptionist who arranged the time and kept me updated was friendly and clear. The guys who collected and returned the car did a good job. And the work all seems fine, including fixing my number plate. Thank you.

The date and time I booked online was acknowledged and confrirmed, but when I arrived at the correct time, my booing had been changed to another date and time. The recptionist told me this often happens with online booking... Happily the workshop found a slot, but I did have to wait 4 hours.
