3 stars given as I found the lack of updates, was disappointing, also wasn’t happen when I went to pick my car up, some paint from another car was present on mine, ok it was put right before I left, but more care is needed when moving vehicles about in their yard

Just want to say the customer service here is amazing! The lady who I booked my recall in with (she was so awesome and amazing, sorry did not get her name) everything was so smooth with the booking.
Peter was fab - I’m at a little bit of a maze but he found it. Called me before collection to say how long and when collecting too.
