What a brilliant car buying experience. My daughter bought a new bmw 1 series to upgrade from her vw polo, kamal Choat was brilliant in helping choose the right spec. From ordering a factory build to getting to the leeds dealership only took nine weeks. Kamal always kept me updated on the progress of the car at regular intervals. The part exchange deal was far better than the we buy your car companies, the offer was higher and with the discount on the new car we got an excellent deal. Many thanks from olivia and Steve.

I would like to say thank you for all the personal touches Haris added in the hand over, for example the name plate with my name et; such efforts did not go unnoticed and I greatly appreciate it. Nowhere near the customer service I would expect from any 'premium' company and much, much worse after service. I was told not to bother leaving a review unless it was 10/10 as it was no use to them. Sales staff mildly arrogant despite not looking like they owned an iron . Tried to pressure me into an expensive finance deal even though I was a cash buyer. Reception staff were never on reception. Service reception
guy was mainly interested in what was going on with his mobile. This maybe explains why the major issue with my car was not looked at despite being reported in writing and verbally. After this they tied themselves in knots to deny responsibility - all their arguements were challenged and proved nonesense. Managers and senior managers were all involved. A diabolical, unethical and untrustworthy company in my experience.

Parts department doesn’t want to answer the phone it took me two days before someone called me back

I traded in my golf GTD, and was given more than I expected for the trading.

Once again huge disappointment in the service department and customer service. Car has now been in 4 times for the heating fixing. A new heating element in last visit lasted approximately 12 mins, 3 days ago. Dropped off at 8.15 and noted on app no work was started until 1pm. Then rushed to be finished at 5pm. No wonder the heating wasn’t fixed properly. We have rung, emailed and rung again asking for further support and communication. No response. Son rang again today after no communication from Stratstone asking for the service manager. Apparently they were out and would call back. No contact yet. This is frustrating and appalling service. We are ignored and treated with contempt. All we want is a car with heating working. No option but to formally complain to BMW.

Hary was so helpful and kind, she helped rectify the issue we had. Definitely recommend BMW so happy with the service

Staff very courteous and caring. I was well informed about my care service and when is ready to collect.

Kam and Hari patiently looked after us while we were looking for an X5. We ended up spending over 3 hours, back and forth tweaking our requirements and the numbers. We couldn’t fault how we were treated. A lovely, friendly and knowledgeable team. We can’t wait for our car to arrive now.

Having bought my new car , I needed to be shown how to operate all the extras I’ve never had . Had my BMW 135i series brought into the Leeds garage for routine warranty work & health check only to be told by your technicians that it needed rear brake pads.

My partner was advised to have the rear brake pads changed as the service department had advised that there is only 3 months left approximately.

I recieved a video lasting only 2 seconds & health report detailing 3mm to min thickness

To my surprise i was very concerned for a car that is less than a year old and with only 3k milage on but was told this is needed and advised to book it in.

So i decided to get a second Opinion with another BMW garage
After the second inspection i was advised this didn't need any work carried out as the rear pads are 9mm and everything is fine

Can you please explain to me how your garage can be so different to another ? Or is this just to make money off people that bring their vehicle to you?

And that when you complain no one wants to talk to you?

Positive feedback for Jack Redmond and Helen @ BMW Leeds. Jack dealt with my complaint and took on board my experience I had at the showroom. He was fair and swift and resolvedthe issues excellently. Helen explained everything and made the transaction easy to understand. Some other staff were also attentive. I will definitely come back and recommend thus showroom. Thank you guys

Worst customer service ever! I've been trying to deal with an issue on a car i bought for nearly £60,000 for approximately a year now and no one seems to care or come back to me. Emails are ignored, phone calls are not returned. The managers have also been on the phone to me promising a call back but nothing at all. I have been left with a bill over £8,000. Avoid this place at all cost, you'll think you are saving money but all they want to do is get rid of bad stock

Absolute first class levels of sale service from Helen.

I was after a car for my daughter’s 18th and found the perfect one online. A few phone calls to the dealership and the car was secured.

Helen arranged for myself and my daughter to view the car later that week and if we were happy with the car we could drive away that day.

The look on my daughter’s face when she realised what was going on and that she could take it away that day was priceless. This was only possible thanks to Helen and the sales team at Stratstone. I’ll certainly be using the dealership again when I’m ready for a new car ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
