If I could leave zero stars I honestly would.

Purchased from this garage earlier this year. Uncovered an issue with the car and took it to BMW Birmingham. It took 2 weeks for these guys to liase with Birmingham. Had to get involved ourselves it was like dealing with children. We shouldn’t be middle man between two “professional businesses” After LOTS of calls they finally reacted. They then Took my father in laws car on 24th October. We’ve been ignored and fobbed off time and time again. They STILL have the car with no response or real answers!!! Finally got told car will be ready today, to chase chase and chase again and get told “it’s not ready” and there’s another issue but they won’t explain what. Disgusted and will not stop telling everyone about the horrific service till this is resolved. Everyone at this garage has the worst customer service skills in history. Horrified!

Kamal Choat was extremely professional and helped us out immensely with our new car from start to finish great service!

Great experience with BMW Leeds. We were initially greeted by Hari on reception who had a smile on her face, made us feel welcome, and told us that someone from the sales team would be with us shortly. Nathan soon approached us and showed interest in us as people and especially in what the individual wants/needs were for my son in law who the car was for. We never felt pushed once and everything was explained in a way that he could understand it and very engaging. Thank you for a positive experience Nathan and Hari 😊 😊

AVOID!!! Update 2 on my bmw M4 which I bought in good faith from bmw Leeds.
After contacting bmw Stratstone Leeds on a number of occasions without joy I decided to call BMW assist this week given the coolant was leaking at a rate of 2L per day. Within 2 minutes the BMW technician diagnosed the issue was a leaking radiator, and was surprised that Leeds did not diagnose this given that the car was in their workshop twice. The car was towed to Vertu BMW for repair. What a different experience and service Vertu BMW provided compared to Stratstone Leeds.
If you want piece of mind and aftersale customer care i would highly reccomend NOT using the Stratstone Leeds franchise.
As you can see from their generic responses to several negative reviews on here, their customer care is just fake. They dont communicate, dont care once they get your money. I will be logging a complaint with BMW as to how they are devaluing such a great brand.

Frist off I've had 2 times I've had to bring my car back to the dealer ship with issues both times I have been looked after so so well its not even a joke you'd think I'd be making it up. First time I bought my car on the 27th of December last year. I was so exited about picking it up I told my boss yea im off to get my car and then I'll come to work. 11 hours after taking delivery I had a EML pop up so next day took it down with it being the week between Christmas and New year I was put stright into a curtesy car and was on my way. Bought a 218i and put in a new 118i. After this I sang praises about this dealership to all my friends and family because of how well they looked after me. Flash forward to yesterday. Just had my car serviced as I do a fair few miles a year and the car has kept thronging engine management and drive train warnings the day before the service and afterwards there was a bad squeaking from the back of the engine. Took ot down to bmw at 530 half hour before they closed dropped it off. Very cheekily asked hari if I could have a courtesy car as my girlfriends car is currently having its timing chain done and we'd have no way to get to work or pick up our son from his dad's. Harri was stright on the phone to one of the bosses arranging a car for us. Can not thank you enough harri every time I've been in even just for a browse at the M cars giving me inspiration to work harder you have been lovely. Hamish and jp sorted out a car and I was expecting a 1 series like last time. But when I was asked would a 5 series be okay? Absolutely it would. That's what customer service is treat your customers well and they will keep comming back. I never intend on buying a car from anywhere else from now now. If there's any impression my dear friend aj left on me before he died was always by a bmw from the dealership best cars best service. I can not thank you guys enough for everything you have done for me. Thank you to mark so being a top sales guy who helped me put me in that car in the busy weired time that it's Christmas and new year whilst I worked in retail doing 12 hour days running up to Christmas. Can not recommend this dealership enough to anyone. Apart from the harrogate branch they didn't offer me a job after an interview hahaha but seriously best service I have ever received

Just a quick drop in to have a look at the practicality of an i7.
The car in the showroom was locked and they couldn't open it up for me.
Nonetheless a very helpful lady named Hari did her best and after a few minutes came back with keys for a model parked outside.
All credit to her for her persistence in trying to help us out.

Was promised my refund back and still not received it been nearly a month . I have it in email saying will refund your deposit . I think the customer relations skills should be worked on . I will contact 3rd parties now and sending them the email I received from bmw Leeds saying deposit will be done .

I recently accompanied two members' of my family as they purchased 2 new vehicles. My feedback is based on my observations with regards to Hari's skills as Receptionist. Hari is really efficient and works hard to make sure that all potential customers are attended to and are not waiting too long to see a Sales Rep. Hari makes sure that you are comfortable; offers drinks and engages in conversation. Hari has a strong customer focus and is a real asset to Stratstone Leeds. Thanks Hari for being a Star!

SERIOUS LACK OF CONFIDENCE IN BMW LEEDS STRATSONE



I purchased my vehicle from Leeds BMW - Stratstone and was very disappointed with the service I received.

There was a number of agreements made as part of the purchase which were not followed through or met. I was misled and lied to.

Once I complained I was then accused weeks later of my part exchange having issues. I was then threatened by BMW, that they would take action to reverse the agreement and not process our part exchange. To date my part exchange has not been processed and finance not yet settled by them.

I had my new purchase checked by BMW Glasgow shortly after I received it as I wished a second opinion due to a loss of confidence in BMW Leeds. Glasgow BMW confirmed my concerns.

I raised my concerns with various members of Leeds BMW including the Head of Business and Customer Services and to date they have not fully considered it. The matter seems to be ‘brushed under the carpet’ by those the complaint has been made against.

Given it’s a BMW garage and not a side street garage I would have expected a professional approach and not simply told they are right and I am wrong.

This matter is still outstanding and not settled.

Hari, at the customer services desk was very helpful in assisting me to where I needed to be, and was utmost professional to quickly and efficiently guide me through the services process and also supported with several queries I needed raising with sales.

Very helpful and speedy service, I had multiple question that were all answered very efficiently. 10/10

Head of Sales, Leeds, advised in his email:
'we can offer 10.9 APR with BMW finance which is actually a flat rate of interest of only 5.5% - very comparable to the bank of interest base rate of 5.25%.'
Just one of several unsafe pieces of advice intended to get a sale across the line. Stratstone disinterested in whether advice FCA compliant, written style antagonistic, ..... will ensure we take the service requirements for our two recently acquired BMW's elsewhere in the future!
