Callum was very attentive and efficient. It was nice to be offered as snack because I was waiting. Also like the ambience of the waiting area. Nice to have drinks available too.

Dylan was extremely lovely and I was welcomed with a breakfast bag brilliant service

I swore I'd never go back to Stratstone Leeds after the tried to con me regarding a service under a warranty plan. But as I only needed a software update as part of a recall, what could go wrong?
During the time my car was on site, a remote control (gate access fob) was removed from my car. I called the garage twice, and both times I was promised a call back. These never happened. The attitude was very simple ' tough'. Stratstone Leeds just couldn't seem to careless. Avoid this garage at all costs, like I should have done.

Staff friendly and welcoming in the morning and the additional breakfast pack was a nice addition after having been stuck in early morning traffic for the best part of an hour.

Staff were efficient, and handover of the vehicle in the evening after it's major service and MOT was stress free and quick.

DISGRACEFUL BMW GARAGE / DEALERSHIP!!

I received safety recall notices every other week to get my car checked.. first of all it was a horrible and dreadful experience just to book an appointment BECAUSE THEY WERE FULL OF EXCUSES NOT TO BOOK ME IN… still I was constantly receiving letters from BMW to get my car inspected due to safety reasons .. so finally I got myself booked an appointment there 3 weeks in advance so I could leave my car there without any other work commitments… I received the call the same day and the lady on the phone confirmed the appointment and in-fact offered me an appointment date sooner than the one I chosen but I decided to stick to the one I chosen.

So literally before 24 hours of my appointment date I received the call from BMW Stratstone Leeds that MY APPOINTMENT HAS BEEN CANCELLED AS THEIR SYSTEM DOESNT WORK THAT WAY!! LIKE WHAT?? LIKE EXCUSE ME???!! WHAT ARE YOU EVEN TRYING TO SAY???!! She was extremely unfriendly… kind of rude so I escalated the situation and spoke to the manager .. he came up with whatever excuses didn’t make sense at all as I literally planned my day to leave the car there and didn’t plan anything .. but anyway so they moved my appointment date to another 30 days and offered me a courtesy car which was good enough ..

So finally the day came when I had to leave my car there so they could inspect the safety recall issue ..

I went there and the sales person I dealt with was called JASPREET DHILLON… so everyone was okay UNTIL she couldn’t get my a courtesy car so I could go back home and come back to collect my car once it’s ready (AND IT WAS AN EXTREMELY BAD WEATHER HEAVY RAIN JUST TO MENTION) so she couldn’t get my a courtesy car as they promised for whatever reason she offered me to get an UBER because BMW’s POLICY SAYS THEY REFUND THE TAXI FAIR UP £30!

Okay fair enough I booked the Uber and went home came back in the evening with brother Uber and JASPREET DHILLON asked me to provide her the Uber receipts via email with my bank detail so they can refund me the fair …

Fair enough … I did just that I emailed her the Uber receipts and my bank details WHILE I WAS LITERALLY THERE SAT IN FRONT OF HER and she forwarded the email to their manager GARETH HUMPHREYS .. and she told me that it might take upto 3 weeks to get the fair back .. WHICH WAS OBVIOUSLY FINE !

So I waited all 3 weeks .. received NOTHING!! Not even a single email forget the money !!!!

Contacted them regarding the issue … NOTHING… so after getting frustrated I send an email to the BMW HEAD OFFICE to express my displeasure I finally received the reply from JASPREET DHILLON that they are trying to get the refund processed as it’s taking a bit longer … LIKE SERIOUSLY ??!!!! Are you even serious???!!!!!

HOW CAN YOU MAKE THESE COMMITMENTS AND FORGET ABOUT THEM???!!! IF I KNEW THEY WERE LYING TO ME I WOULD HAVE CALLED MY PARTNER TO COME AND PICK ME UP!!! WHY DID JASPREET DHILLON ASKED ME TO GET AN UBER SO I WOULD GET THE FAIR BACK??

I DIDNT GO THERE WITH MY OWN WISH AS I ALREADY HEARD EXTREMELY EXTREMELY BAD EXPERIENCES FROM SO MANY PEOPLE !!!

THEY SWEARED UPON NOT TO VISIT BMW STRATSTONE AGAIN AND NOW I KNOW WHY!!!

I would never have visited them if I didn’t receive the safety recall notice !!!

I got my car checked on 9th of September 2022 and today it’s 19th of October 2022 AND STILL NO CORRESPONDENCE REGARDING MY REFUND!!

£20 I believe was which IS CLEARLY NOT A SUM I NORMALLY LIKE TO TALK ABOUT BUT ITS ALL ABOUT THE PROMISE AND COMMITMENT!!!

Which shows how they fulfil !!!

DONT EVEN DARE TO TAKE YOUR CAR THERE !!! OR VISIT BMW STRATSTONE LEEDS EVER !!!

They are bunch of unprofessional people there from managers to the sales people to the garage staff !!

AGAIN IF SOMEONE FROM BMW STRATSTONE IS READING THAT ITS NOT ABOUT £20!! ITS ABOUT SOMEONE HAD TO BRING THIS ISSUE UP TO THE LIMELIGHT!! AS I BELIEVE NOT ONLY ME BUT SO MANY PEOPLE MUST HAVE BEEN THROUGH THIS DISGRACEFUL LIE!!!

So THANKS FOR LITERALLY NOTHING BMW STRATSTONE LEEDS!!!!!

I loved the customer service to be honest - they were nice and warm.
However, my name was misspelled even though I corrected you guys twice - makes me feel you guys were not paying attention. That's the only reason I did not score you guys 5 stars

Helen couldn't do enough to help my wife and I when we were looking for a replacement vehicle, she's a credit to your company and the BMW brand. We're smitten with our approved used X3 xDrive20d xLine and would highly recommend your services.

Worst experience from start to finish. Only interested in making money. Never going back here.

Atrocious service provided. Had booked my BMW in and was advised to attend on a Saturday, did so. Was then asked to return on Tuesday, but the vehicle was never booked in! Made numerous calls to enquire as to the reason, but no update was provided. After some time a VM was left on my phone for my vehicle having been booked in October; however, this again turned to out to be incorrect. Have called 3 times today to speak to the Service Manager, but no call returned. Seems these guys are above the law and have no decency in at least acknowledging to return calls!

Disgraceful. Shocking. I only gave one star because no stars was not an option. Money was stolen from my car. When I complained to the dealership, they did not respond well. I will not be using this garage or Stratstone again. My car was treated carelessly and my keyring was broken and left down the side of my seat.
Your reply is insulting. If I do not get a more appropriate response, I will be reporting the theft to the police.
