Fantastic customer service, the whole Harrogate Team Cris and all the ladies do a fantastic job, thanks a lot for everything, I would give 10 stars if I could everyone who reads this should know that your BMW is in professional hands, I'm sure for 100% I'll be back here in the future.

Excellent service above and beyond by staff at all stages of the process

1st service for the car, secured a while you wait slot, car got a full health check, service, wash/vac.
Special mention to Tori Baker in service who was super friendly and sorted it all really efficiently.

This is a very unprofessional dealer. I placed a reservation fees for a BMWX3 for the quoted and agreed price. It took them 24 hours of dealing and checking of the car and confirmation of the condition and price of the car. I had to give up on other car offers and wasted so much of my time. After placing the reservation fees, they informed me that the price is actually £7000 dearer than the agreed and quoted price. This is a total disappointment! There is no honouring on the Stratstone Harrogate part and just outright negligence. I will not recommend dealing with Stratstone Harrogate. The manager just said it’s a mistake and they are not liable to anything.

Had a bmw service booked in. Recieved excellent service, great communication and knowledgeable staff. Tori Baker was great.

The sales man Matthew Mason was ok,nice guy, but not a penny discount, not even a set of rubber matt's after travelling from Northern Ireland to collect the vehicle. Half a tank of fuel, only after asking. The car indicated 4 low pressure wheels after half a mile down the road. One as low as 1.9 Bar (Should be 2.4 Bar). I bought a BMW 430d from Bavarian (BMW Belfast) a few weeks earlier, at £27,000 less than half of £56,250 paid to Stratstone BMW for my X4M Competition, i got discount, a full tank of fuel, and my wife got a beautiful bunch of flowers. Take note small things go a long way.

The work on the car was satisfactorily completed.

I booked my vehicle in for an oil service at 0800 and elected to wait, greeted warmly on arrival and proceeded to book in car. Informed that Technician does not arrive until 0830...Ooch! The beverage machine was unserviceable but offered a cup of coffee which was appreciated. The staff were very helpful, friendly and professional. The vehicle health check results was also useful.

If you are thinking of booking a service check online (as opposed telephone) first as some BMW garages are offering a 20% discount on servicing costs, up to 17 December, unfortunatly this offer didnt apply to me!

Excellent service and made purchasing the new car quick and straight forward.

Through a simple battery change (that cost £200), ATS caused significant electrical malfunctions to my mother's BMW. Though clearly at fault (with no issues prior to the battery change), ATS decided that it was not their doing. A saga that is still ongoing....

As the BMW is required to get a pensioner with ill health out to regular appointments for medication etc - (Sounds like a "sob story", but actually true!!I), I had to contact a BMW dealer that could diagnose and rectify the faults ASAP and chose Stratstone, of several dealers local to me.

I could not have picked better! From the initial booking of the car in, the team were courteous and professional throughout. The car faults, diagnosed and fixed very quickly, which was very important to us.
Matthew Greenlee deserves a special thank you, showing excellent client communication and service skills throughout.
