We went to several car dealerships in Doncaster and Stratstone was by far the best.

The showroom, the staff and whole experience was on another level.

Our salesman was Martin. He was knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, professional and answered our endless questions with patience.
He was not in the least pushy or salesy and made us feel at ease.

Credit to Sharon (for the coffees) and Jamie (who went through all the finance stuff with immense patience)

Had an Amazing Experience buying my new car. Right from my initial appointment to purchase . I went in with the hope of buying a used car. But Arjuin Singh delivered an exceptional service, made me comfortable, offered every good choice possible and when I doubted what I wanted , he offered me a brand new car deal and I went ahead with it. He wasn’t a pushy salesperson, Arjuin is very relatable, friendly,very patient and honestly went above and beyond throughout the sales process and pickup.
Few days in and I’m very happy with my purchase.
If there was anything above 5 ⭐, that’s what I would give for Arjuins salesmanship.

I booked my vehicle in to have an issue with the heated steering wheel investigated. When I checked the vehicle in, I was offered a complimentary wash and vacuum, as well as a vehicle health check. I accepted both options. My understanding is that a vehicle health check is a standard procedure at BMW.
When I returned to collect my vehicle, I was shocked to find that it had neither been washed nor vacuumed. I raised this with Olivia, who was dealing with my vehicle. I also asked why I had not received a vehicle health check report.
Olivia advised me that, because the vehicle had covered low mileage, a health check was not required. I was surprised by this explanation, given that the vehicle is approximately 11 months old and has covered around 6,000 miles. If a health check was not going to be carried out, this should have been made clear when I was offered the service at check-in.
Whilst Olivia apologised for the vehicle not being washed and suggested that I bring it back, this was not convenient for me. The dealership had possession of my vehicle for approximately five hours and still failed to complete what I consider to be basic customer service tasks that had been agreed in advance.
Overall, I found the experience highly disappointing and far below the standard I expect from a BMW dealership. The lack of attention to detail, poor communication, and failure to deliver on agreed services left me feeling as though I had taken my vehicle to a backstreet garage rather than a premium brand dealership. Even cowboys do a better job of this.
As a result of this experience, I have lost confidence in this dealership and will not be returning when my vehicle is due for servicing. Instead, I will be taking my vehicle to Sytner BMW Sheffield

Whether it's for regular service and maintenance, or when the unexpected happens - they are always professional, friendly, knowledgeable and caring.

The service at Stratstone Doncaster is very personal. For a customer to know many of the team members by their first name, and to be recognised and welcomed by them personally is a benefit to the overall experience.

We purchase a BMW X2 2021 M sport. The buying process via Craig, was delivered without a hitch. We agreed terms over the phone / email to buy and partex our car subject to seeing / test drive. No pressure selling, car was ready 7 days later, as that was our earliest date for collection. Craig insisted we looked over the car again, as he had requested that the car was polished and brought up to the Doncaster BMW standard. Car was immaculate and we had a great drive home taking 1.5 hours. Thanks for the team effort.

My air conditioning stopped working. First they couldn’t diagnose it but on a second look they changed the compressor which was at fault and it’s back to normal. Was given a nice X7 as interim replacement. Ellis and Stacey were brilliant. Thank you for sorting it out. Vivek
