Stratstone - Audi Oldham Recensioni 

I have dealt with this dealership (Oldham Audi) since the 1st day it opened and up until the last 18 months or so the service department has always been proactive and offered good communication. Something has drastically changed - if I could have given a 0 star review I would have. The only redeeming feature and saving grace is Rowan, the only service personnel I would trust. I called them last Monday and asked for Rowan but was told he was on holiday (he had been dealing with the ongoing issues of the car). The receptionist said she would get someone to call me - nothing! I called back again on Weds, they put me through to one of the service agents, phone rang and rang - nothing again! I then rang the service call centre, told them of my problems and they said they would email and ensure someone called me back - nothing!!!!!! What is the problem with this dept? I will be glad when this car has gone back and I can deal with another brand and dealership.

My car has had countless problems. When you're paying more than £500 a month for a car you expect it to be safe to drive. You also expect decent customer service. I have received nothing but excuses and delays and now wish to return the car. I feel that Audi are delaying intentionally so that it is no longer under warranty. It's my third car with them, but they have now lost a loyal customer. Awful experience.

Megan on service reception was Awesome. She was professional, very helpful and friendly as were all the staff at Audi Oldham. Refreshingly Fast, Professional, Service Experience.

Customer Service (Oldham Audi) is abysmal - no communication over 7 weeks unless chased by customer, unexplained delays in parts arriving, had to threaten formal complaint before they started communicating, emails to General Manager of dealership forced them to respond. NEVER buy another new Audi ever again!!!!

My recent experience at the Audi dealership was excellent this morning , primarily due to the exceptional service provided by Saimon. He was attentive from the start, offering refreshments and making the paperwork process smooth.

Saimon's comprehensive knowledge of the vehicle was impressive. He thoroughly explained every feature, ensuring I was well-informed and confident. His patience and expertise were greatly appreciated.

they couldn't fix the issue.

few points:
1- I was expecting Audi to provide courtesy car, as the issue was under warranty, but they didn't.
2- They need to invest on their technician and trouble shooting tools, as it did take 4 weeks for a simple charging technical error that they couldn't figure out the issue, and since they couldn't fix it themselves had to email to Audi factory, only a week later to receive take this fuse out and reset the other and see how it goes. basically my car was in their garage for 4 weeks, only to find the issue still not fixed.

i am going to live with this problem as i lost trust in their capability to fix it, and pretty disruptive to my busy life, need to pick up two kids everyday and run my business, yet to deal with the incompetency of Audi.

the 2 stars is only for the girls at service desk and their nice approach.

Excellent Customer care Service

The service as always is a pleasure and not a chore,
The Manager and sales executive where amazing.

Andy & Connah together found me my perfect car.
Connah went over and above explaining every step of the way each individual car and the process.

I look forward to purchasing my 4th Audi from Audi Oldham.
