Excellent service from both Matt and Marc, couldn’t be happier with the price I paid. Excellent communication from Marc with lots of emails back and forth from me and the guys were fantastic ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ would buy from this Audi garage again.

Very efficient and professional completing the work required on time and kept me informed.

Didn’t replace the backing clips in the steering wheel and had to return to get it done a second time. Also didn’t get the promised free health check and had a call asking how things went and told them about he free health check that wasn’t done and was promised it would be looked into and still haven’t had a call back about it. Waste of time - they only care if you’re buying something new and couldn’t care less about older cars or customers.

Fast and efficient service, staff excellent, vehicle cleaned inside and out and looked new again.

The experience wasn't as good as last time whether that was because I visited at a particularly busy time I don't know.
However the last time I visited Hitchin Audi earlier this year to have my Q8 air suspension compressor replaced the wait was far shorter and the service manager who wasn't present on my latest visit was extremely helpful and friendly. I felt on this visit it seemed extremely rushed throughout, no Audi cam for my vehicle and no MOT check list paperwork was given either when I collected my MOT certificate.
So an overall ok experience, but could have been better.

I recently took my car to Stratstone Audi in Hitchin due to a child lock fault showing on the dashboard. From the moment I arrived, the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and professional.

I was fortunate to have my booking managed by Kimberly Graham, who was excellent throughout the whole process. Kimberly kept the lines of communication open at all times and regularly updated me on the progress of my vehicle, which gave me complete confidence that everything was being handled properly.

The level of customer service I received was excellent and genuinely went above and beyond my expectations. Kimberly is a real credit to Stratstone Audi, and I would have no hesitation in recommending the Hitchin branch based on my experience.

Firstly, I have used this Audi garage for a couple of decades now and I have to say the front of house staff have always been very lovely, polite and professional.
I recently took the car for a service at the end of July and it came back with a very detailed report of the service in the traffic light system - everything was GREEN (all good on their traffic light explanation) save the tyres which, whilst not illegal, were recommended replacing very soon (AMBER on the report).
Anyway, fast forward 1-2 weeks later and a warning light came on so I booked it in again - next available service was 2 weeks later. I was nervous to drive it whilst the light was showing as I wasn't entirely sure what the issue was so luckily, I had access to another car.
During the next service the diagnostic report came back with several items RED. I expected the tyres and whatever the warning light was to be flagged up and sorted out but not several items including the brake pads and discs, that were GREEN in the prior report became RED and dangerous and illegal. It turns out my previous, detailed report from a few weeks that stated it had all been checked and was GREEN they were, in fact, not checked. At all. Who knows what else was not properly checked at the July service.
When I collected the car after the second service, I was just given the bill. No mention of what had happened re this being missed. Having to ask again, I wasn't told much more except there was a bit of a fracas that afternoon at the garage. I am not really sure what this means. No mention of any further investigation into this. No manager checking in on this. All I was told this time a senior service team member had taken the check and so that's how it was noticed. Very worrying then if they are not always carrying out the services...or supervising apprentices.
I do think the manager(s) should have stepped in here; this is an issue, that needed a lot more attention and explanation. I appreciate incidents happen but where is the accountability?
I was unsure as to write this as it feels fairly negative but I do think it is too concerning not to mention and also so unfair to blame the apprentice when their job is to be taught (and learn from those in higher positions) and not to be part of a culture of blame. It is concerning how many other cars may have been 'overlooked'. And the lack of accountability/visibility on the management level really bothers me when safety and trust are such an issue.

Shocking after sales experience. Amazing when it came to sales(I guess they care about commision) yet when the car tyres had unexplainable degrading 14-15 months later they were unwilling to help or support and left me to fork the bill to change all 4 car tyres. This was a brand new £70k+ car and I have never in my 20years of driving had to change car tyres after just 14months of driving. Avoid Audi Hitchin at all cost. Clearly only care about sales.

Everyone was welcoming, polite and very helpful -they let me know exactly when I would be able to pick up my car and then helped me connect my phone too!

I took my car in for investigation of a faulty air conditioning. I was charged £149.99 to get a quote for over £2,000.00 for a new condenser. This sounded exorbitant and I took my car to a recommended independent repair garage. They fixed the air conditioner and gave me a courtesy car for the whole day for just £80.00 inclusive. I would suggest more honesty from Stratstone Audi.

When I ordered a new Audi A3 I told the salesx person that my current car was a Kia Ceed GT Line S and the sales person did not bother to go on the website and look at the KLia Spec at all. They did noty go through all the various specs of the Audi A3 and assumes that the Sportback would match the spec of my Kia. When I went to sign the docs they did not say that I better look at the car first which they didnt so assuming that had all the whistles and flutes which I was used to do
I signed tghe docs which was tghern deliverted and after a couple of hours realised that it was not the model I was expecting. Sined then I have constant communication with the customer rssolutions dept which just dont want to know so I am now taking this whole matter up with the Financiall Ombudsman Service becuaee |I am totally hacked off with Audi becuae I do not want this car and am not prepared to pay a settlement figure currently £6874e.72 becuase the sales department did not fully go tghrough my ultimate reauirements even though I have since said that I would be prepared to change this car for a low mileage second hand Audi A3 Sline model.This is the first time I have ever dealt with Audi and as far as |I am concerned your company did not demonstrate Best Practice at all

Recieved very poor service when buying parts

Everything was really straightforward and was done to the expected standard without any problems. Just what I would expect from Audi.
