Fantastic experience.
We were informed by text of our time slot, which the driver arrived within. He was very polite, punctual and efficient. I am amazed he could carry the items / they were huge!

Unfortunately I wasn’t in when the delivery was made. However the driver left the parcel in the side alley next to my house. He put the wheelie bins in front of it so as it wasn’t visible from the street. Excellent service!!

Excellent delivery service. Delivery was very prompt. Kept updated with emails, messages and a call to confirm delivery time. Driver was professional, polite and (most importantly) very careful with the delivery. Can’t fault Stop Start! If only more companies were like them!

This was the first time I’ve had a delivery via this company and I was very impressed. Good communication, with an initial 2 hour window and further updates nearer the time. The shower tray I had ordered was delivered with care. The driver was extremely helpful in placing the delivery where I wanted.

First delivery from this courier, and was very impressed. The delivery was from Plumbworld and consisted of several large and heavy bathrrom items. The Delivery driver was very polite, and helped me put the items in the house.

It appears the company treats it's drivers well for them to be so polite and helpful.

Lee, what a friendly driver. No one was letting him in to sign for package, so he called, and I was 5 mins away he waited. I suppose you can't expect that on a busy schedule but what a top bloke, even showing me what he'd put through when asking for my signature. Not had a friendly delivery experience like this since, well ever!

Here I am chasing down another huge company who can't find my gate and lob parcels in the neighbours fields and who say they attended when they haven't.Night and day!!

I only used once but received what I needed promptly, and most importantly undamaged! I tried ordering bathroom furniture from another company and their products arrived damaged on 2 occasions so I was getting stressed as needed the bathroom items for my installers asap! Reordered elsewhere & Stop Start didn’t let me down. So for fragile items they are fab.

The delivery was punctual and the driver was very polite and friendly. Great to see smiling customer service.

Delivery of my new kitchen sink was perfect. I was given a time slot for delivery but could track as to where my driver, Harvey was and how long he would be at any given time. Harvey was so polite and lifted the sink into my hallway. He is a credit to your company. Hopefully more companies will look at using you in the future . 5 stars xxxxx

I would highly recommend using Stop Start for any deliveries. I was kept upto right upto it being delivered. I could also track the delivery to see how long it was going to take as I needed to nip out. 👌The driver was so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Had a delivery from this company. They text me a few days prior to my delivery to say they would delivering between 7-9am and I was able to track the driver to gain a better idea of my delivery time. On the delivery day they text again to advise they would be with me within 30 minutes, and again within 5mins! My driver Mark duly arrived on time and was very polite and friendly. He was respectful of my neighbours when parking his van.
I am truly impressed with this company and their communication towards their customers. I was kept well informed regarding my delivery time (unlike some other delivery companies!)

I ordered the new sink from Pluming world and within a few hours i had a delivery schedule.
then i was contacted by Stop start saying when my item would be delivered, they kept me informed all the way so i knew when they would arrive. when they arrived the driver couldn't have been any nicer or more helpful, just great to see pride in their work.
